It reset, turned on, and turned off my phone multiple times while trying to put it on, I even got a diagnosis screen, which scared me thinking I messed up my brand new phone.

If grip is important to you, we'd like you to check out Presidio Grip or Presidio V-Grip, both of which were designed with grippiness and hold in mind. Not worth the price

However, after opening package it had lots of scuff and scratch marks, and was clearly used by someone else for a long time before being returned and re-boxed. Functionally, that makes no difference as far as protecting the phone, but I paid $31, and a brand new one is $39. It seems beneath BestBuy to even try to resell this. It should have been 75% off or just trashed.
