Bought this phone online using a reward coupon. Ad was misleading and did not call out the correct iPhone 15 model. Returned item to store to be told that my $15 reward coupon could not be applied to next purchase and could not be used at all, it simply is void. Poor service. Makes me think twice about buying from Best Buy again.
