I just purchased a new MacBook Air and wanted to avoid any scratches on the metal surface. I was skeptical of a good fit for the case but I was totally happy when I snapped it on. You really can not tell it is on when looking on the outside, I would buy this again for sure.

This case looks great (it's on my wife's MacBook), but the edges are flimsy, and crack easily.

Does it job by protecting my laptop from scratches. and can put stickers on it to give it my own personal look.

I've had my MacBook for about 7 months now and aside from normal scratches it was still in a good condition, however I recently adopted a dog and realized I was definetly going to need a little more protection for my laptop. My expectations were that this case would be able to take some bumps here and there if my dogs happened to jumped on my bed with my laptop closed and overall make it feel a lot more sturdy. However straight out of he box the whole thing felt flimsy, I thought it was going to be a very hard plastic that would snap on to the laptop but this was slid on. And because you slip it in and snap in a few places, it easily skids back off from time to time and I've almost dropped it for that reason a few times. Overall this seems to be more for appearance as opposed to protection so I'd keep that in mind. I would have gladly paid an additional 50 dollars for something a lot more sturdy and protective.

It hugs it all round tight won't come loose perfect for the apple logo didn't wanted to loose the apple color.
