I've gone through two of these cases in 3 weeks. They're pieces of junk. They start to crack at the point where you lift the screen to open it. I haven't dropped my Mac or roughly handled it (it's expensive) and the case just doesn't last. I recommend getting a zip cover to protect your Mac because this plastic junk isn't worth the money.

When I spent the amount of money that I spent on my Apple laptop, I wanted something that would keep it safe and clean. This case did exactly that!

I bought this for my sister when I noticed her 3 month old MacBook Air had some scuffs and scratches on it. I immediately cleaned her mac and put this case on it. She loves the color, and I love the fact her one grand computer is t scratched or scuffed up. Also, fingerprints don't show up on the Speck case as easily as the MacBook Air itself. I do wish the product also came with a clear keyboard cover. That will be my next purchase for her MBA.

The case is for an mac book air. It fits perfectly and protect the device. Moreover, the price is right.

I wanted to add a little protection for the MacBook Air.I like the clear cover. The base as added grips so it doesn't slide on a smooth surface.

I've had this case for a little over a month and it has already cracked in two places. I'm very gentle with my Mac; however, I would recommend going with something stronger.

my wife enjoys the case. however, it has a few cracks in it. this would have happened at home but protected the computer from any damage.

Good protection but frustrating because it got dirty inside during installation and it’s a pain to take off and clean.

Put this case on my brand new Apple MacBook Air 13" and immediately thought I had broken the hinge as the lid kept flopping back. Figured out the extra weight of the case on the lid was throwing the weight off. I took the lid of the case off and have just been using the case on the bottom of the laptop to protect the bottom of the laptop from surface wear / scratching.

Fits well, seems like it should do it's job of protecting laptop. Price a little high but everything Apple is.

Protects my MacBook very well and allows me to customize the front of my laptop and still have it be seen and protected at the same time!

Perfect fit and so far it's doing it's job. Doesn't make my laptop any heavier and love the color.

Bought this cover for my wife's MacBook Air and they had no other colors but this one. This was the last one and was clearly returned. Case does not stay on good.

This is my first Mac, and I'm so happy with all the new features that it let me do. I was kind of skeptical about Pages, but the transition from Microsoft word, took just a couple of hours.

I treat my MacBook Air with extreme care and I put it in a neoprene sleeve inside a very rugged carrying case. I have never dropped it, bumped it, or damaged it in the slightest however the contact points for this have all cracked to a significant degree. One has fallen off completely. It would be very feasible for the connecting points to break or release the MacBook Air while carrying it in your hands sending an expensive laptop crashing to the ground. This product is perhaps the worst product I have ever purchased seeing how it adds liability to something it is marketed to protect. I rarely write reviews but I felt others need to be warned against such a poor product.
