I bought it to have something to protect my laptop, however, I dropped my computer and the case cracked and still managed to scrape my laptop up. Not great for protection. Its really only for looks.

second week after purchase the cover cracked on the top front corner as well as the rear. originally putting on the cover it fit very snug which I thought was a good thing and was going to last, while just lifting to open my computer herd a crack and saw that had actually cracked in two different corners. was expecting much better product from speck. I have used there product before on my smart phone covers with great results..

These cases are colorful and are protective but crack easily with use. I returned the first one thinking it was defective and tried another. The second one was even worse and returned that one also and got my money back. BB was good and it was easy getting my money back. I checked online and there were multiple reports of others having the same issue with cracked cases. Hopefully Speck makes a change in the cover for a better product.

Have only had the case a day but so far love it. The color is awesome and it snaps securely onto the laptop. We shall see about durability and scratch resistance.....

Maybe my kids are hard on things but it cracked a few months later. I guess it worked since the computer is fine. I would go for a more protective case next time.

I purchased this case December 2016. Around the 5th month it started to crack and 8 months later it's horrible! Wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing!!

These cases break or crack very easily. They do not give much support around the edge of the computer. My computer has fallen over on occasions and the sides of my laptop are dented even with this protection that covers the laptop. The bottom case always slides out from under the laptop. I love the hot pink color though. I wish these were more sturdy. There are not many cases for Macbook Air laptops.

This Macbook Air does a great job. I bought the smaller one in 2011, and it is starting to give me problems, mainly with speed. This new Macbook has double the speed of the old one. Very nice.

i would totally recommend this product for anyone that wants to protect their mac computer, we have them on all our laptops, this one was for my wife. but you can get it in other colors as well

I carried my laptop in my tote so I could use it while on the train. I took it out and the edges of the cover were cracked.

I bought this case for my new MacBook Air and it did not fit. I took it back and got a different brand that was also less expensive. Much happier with the replacement case.

The first case like this that I bought didn't fit on my laptop even though it was the correct size. I got another and it too was hard to get on but did eventually fit.

This computer might not have a great capacity but the good thing about this one is that this computer doesnt need a antivirus and thats great!

I seriously bought the envy and went back the same day when I realized how slow it was even brand new. Once I loaded and started up the iMac it was super quick and hasn't missed a beat yet.

This was not my first choice color, then realized it was the wrong one as the labels all look alike. After denting my new laptop... I was on the hunt for a protector!

Apple makes a great product, can't go wrong! Had had no issues at all with it. Easy to take to class, hooked up to printer with some challenges on the printer behalf. Battery life is great!

Bought this for my daughter. Exactly what she was looking for but very flimsy. I wanted more support and this was not the product for that.

I just bought a new macbook air and I needed a case to protect my investment. I choose speck brand since i have used one before and was very satisfied. Perfect fit and good quality.

This cover was so staticky that I had to return it. Beautiful color and looked great but instinct tells me that an expensive computer should not risk being zapped.

I bought this case to protect my new laptop but it never stays put and I noticed it's breaking in multiple parts. Plus weighs down the top and poor fit on the bottom.
