Poor quality case

I have an old Speck case and noticed a huge difference between the old one, which has reasonably thick plastic, and this new one. Guess the quality has gone down. Disappointed so returned..

Case broke

Bringing it back to the store tomorrow. This was pretty much the only case that they had at the store so I assumed it was halfway decent.

Speck Apple Air Cover
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this item the same day I bought my Mac Air. I wanted to obviously protect my investment. It was certainly costly at $38, however I was on a natural high w/my new laptop. Once I got it home I placed it onto my computer and really liked the high gloss on it, however in less than a week on the bottom 1/2 I noticed a crack. I barely carried my computer outside of the house (maybe 3-5 times total). As of 3-4 weeks ago I noticed cracks in both the top and the bottom of the casing. It really got to the point that it was too obvious and needed to be removed. Again, I loved the shininess of it and seeing the apple logo illuminated through the casing, but how quickly it cracked and my needing to dispose of it so quickly was disappointing. I purchased this around the end of March/early April.
