    The case doesn't fit MacBook 13in the way it should. Hard to snap on, and a then when you open MacBook it pops off. It would prevent scratches, but not a fall. Top piece broke and cracked with 4 months since it falls off each time you open.

    I purchased these because they were clear and would allow for personalization. However, they do not always stay on and scratch very easily. I had purchased theee of them for Christmas for my kids and one has already cracked less than a month later.

    I bought this case for my MacBook Air thinking it would be a great case for the price... But I didn't realize it would crack in multiple places within a few weeks of owning it. Very disappointed.

    This case is so pretty but it cracked for no apparent reason. I never dropped it. I applied it to my macbook correctly. :( I tried to exchange it but the sales associate wouldn't let me. SO MAD!!! BestBuy customer service is really falling off.
