The case is hard plastic, not the more rubbery I expected. There should be directions on how to install. If there were, they weren't in the box

I love the look of this case on my MacBook Air 13". Although it doesn't appear to fully fit the bottom of the laptop. It is loose by the trackpad.

This laptop cover/protection is easy to apply and stays put.

Bought this for my boyfriend to replace his older MacBook Pro. So many new features. He uses the laptop all the time when he is at home. Virtually has the functionality of iPad and iPhone (except for making phone call of course)

Speck makes another amazing product both protective and form fitting. Snaps on perfectly feels good in your hands overall is what's to be expected from speck. I have always loved their products. One gripe I had at first was the price, $50 for a piece of plastic kind of sucks but then I thought hey the awesome cases they make for phones are 30 to 40 so 50 for a laptop isn't so bad. At the end of the day I am very satisfied with this case and would recommend to anyone wanting a slim form fitting case for the MacBook air.

I love my case! the only thing i dislike is the weight. it adds a little too much weight on my computer. But it does its job!

I had been to the Apple Store three times prior trying to buy the protective cover of my air and the color was never available. At Best Buy, it was there. Available and I could even use my reward points for a discount.

I just got a new laptop. I of course was to protect it like a child because it cost so much. So I carefully carry it around in sleeve, and but a case for it. The sleeve does its job just fine, but the case I bought, this one, is broken on two corners within two weeks. Two very careful weeks, when I'm still babying the laptop. So what more will break once I grow comfortable incurring my laptop around?

Great case with great protection. Easy to install and a great color. This brand has many colors and I went with the light blue.

So far it fits well and does not come off. It also performs its primary function which is protect the computer.

Protects computer as well as adds some color ! Met my expectations and was also in sale which is always nice.

Love the rich blue color and the way the apple logo shines through. Snaps on easily and doesn't add any bulk.

For what it's worth I don't knock my MacBook around too much but even still this has already started to show the wear and tear on it which is disappointing considering how much these things are. One of the pads already fell of and it won't grip as well as it used to though I've never taken this off. I would expect more from this brand having owned some of their other products.

This case is perfect fit for macbook air.It doesn't seem to add any weight and a pop of color is nice.

Overall I like the color, material and the way this cover build. The bottom part stays put on all surfaces. But the major issue for this item is how fast it gets all scratched. It looked old after a week of using. It's been about a month still the purchase and it looks very messy, unfortunately.

Easy to use and lightweight. Only negative was had to buy a dvd/cd player burner two weeks into school year.

It's slim and light so it doesn't add weight or bulkiness to the laptop. I love the color. Very durable.

The cover fits well and protects my MacBook Air well. It was priced fairly and the quality is very good.
