Not recommended for impact protection, but will protect against scratches.

The bright pink gets lots of compliments from fellow students. It protects my MacBook Pro but still has a slim profile.

I purchased this cover on 5/23/16 and barely more than two months later, have noticed cracks on all four corners on the top part. I baby my MacBook. It either sits on my table while in use or in my Incase sleeve when not in use. I don't even travel and have never even taken my laptop out of the house so there is absolutely no reason these cracks should be there, especially after such minimal use. I tried exchanging it at my local Best Buy today (8/7/16), but was told that since it was beyond the 15 day return window (30 for me with the rewards program), that I'd have to contact Speck. While I have no problem contacting Speck for a replacement, I'm not happy that Best Buy can't even stand behind a product for more than 15 days. I could understand if it were unused and I was trying to return or exchange for something else, but this product is obviously defective. Why they can't do an exchange in the store where I purchased it, saving me a whole lot of hassle, is beyond me. I'm extremely unhappy Speck would make something with such cheap plastic and even unhappier with Best Buy for continuing to sell this product. For $50, it should last more than two months of very light use! I would have preferred Best Buy refund my money than have to contact Speck and receive a replacement that'll likely have the some problem another two months from now. Don't waste your money.

My only negative comment is that it can get pretty scratched up really fast.

This case protects your MacBook from scratches but does not add any extra bulk to the computer. It is great.

i love how the clear cover does not take away from the laptop. it stays on without a problem. the fit is just perfect.

Its lightweight and a beautiful color, cobalt blue. It was also very easy to attach to the laptop. A nice addition.

Clear cover snaps on quick and easy to the MacBook. Easy to follow instructions. Stays in place after snapping into MacBook.

Protects the laptop, is lightweight, is pretty simple, but that is what my son was looking for. Good price too!
