We had just purchased the Apple Mac-book Pro and wanted to make sure it was protected. This case has been great protection and the choice of colors was amazing.

I bought this case and thought it was very cute! When I put it on my computer it was a little too small (it didn't fit quite right on one corner). Shortly after putting it on, cracks developed on each corner and continued to get worse the longer I left it on my computer. I brought it to the store and they took it back no problem, which was nice! My friend bought this case for her MacBook Air 13 inch and we were hopeful it would work on her computer because it is such a cute case! Unfortunately, it cracked even worse for her! Cracks developed on the corners and were very large and also in the middle of the top piece. I was very disappointed that this case did not work out for me or my friend because it is very cute.

I was so disappointed with this product. After reading so many positive reviews before purchasing, I was surprised to find the top of case did not fit- would not go on completely. The poor fit caused the top to crack in multiple places. One chunk has fallen off a corner and another corner and edge are cracked so badly they will crumble off soon. The bottom did at least fit better, but it had a rough edge that was so scratchy it irritated my wrists during use until my husband filed down the scratchy lip on it. The poor quality is completely unacceptable. Such a waste of money. I will never purchase a Speck product again.

Helps with scratching and protection. Searched and found this one that best fits what I'm looking for.

When I first purchased my Mac I got a Speck. The bottom part broke after some years after normal wear and tear. I just got my new Speck and I finally feel safe again! Speck protects my mac from scratches and this is the only brand that I use. I was glad it was on sale and I am happy with my purchase. I would recommend this product.

thought it was a good idea at first. Tho I have not abused nor used tablet that much, edges have broken off.

I think its like anything new you try just got to give it some time but its not hard to figure out just different.

This case fit very very tight and I ended up returning it because I was afraid it would over heat my computer and break my screen if I forced . I like to change the cases too and they are not easy to come off. So like i said before I returned it and got my money back then I ended up order two for the price of one of these online and the ones I ordered were silicone/rubber.

I absolutely love the brand speck and this is an honest review. Their phone cases are hands down my favorite. On the other hand, this case must not be perfected or I got a defected one. I have the new macbook with retina display. It was an extremely tight fit putting the case on, the bottom part fit perfectly. The top did not...I have never once dropped my laptop and keep it in a padded sleeve when not being in use. It's cracked on its own in four different places. Must be because it was too small and was forced to fit on. I don't live any where near a best buy, so returning this case in a two week period did not happen, especially because I bought the case and went out of town for 10 days. Im sure if i ever drop my laptop, it will no longer be protected because the case is already broken :/

It's nice for me who isn't into the bright and flashy cases. I like the sleekness and simplicity of the design mostly since it is clear. But it serves its purpose and at the end of the day, it's used for protection.

Good durable case for my laptop. This is the second one I have purchased.

Immediately cracked. Not being dramatic, it cracked the second day I got it. Unsure of how this product could protect my laptop if it breaks so easily. Really disappointed in this product and I want my money back. My advice is if you still want to buy it, don't put stickers on it! Waste of my stickers!

I bought this at a Best Buy and it does not fit my computer well at all. The snaps do not snap in place on one side of the top part of the case. All of the corners cracked only 3 days after putting the case on. I had not been rough with my computer, it had been at home. It must have cracked due to the case not fitting my computer.. This was an expensive case, and it looks bad because it has cracks in it now. It also is easily marked up. It scratches super easily. You could look at it wrong and it will scratch and leave marks all over the case. I was very unsatisified with this purchase. I feel that I wasted my money... I wish I had not wasted my money!

Installation was easy and it fit my Mac perfectly . . . until the plastic started to crack. I lost two corners on the back and the top shell started to look like a rock-chipped windshield after very, very little wear and tear. I'm careful with my stuff and it's only gone on one road trip (in a padded sleeve inside another bag) and done occasional moving around my apartment. I was extremely disappointed and the cover is going out with the trash today.

This is an amazingly wonderful case. Very sturdy/strong material. I bought it as soon as I bought my macbook pro, and I absolutely love it!
