Speck has always made great quality products. I have never been disappointed with any of their products. This case is a perfect fit and doesn't add bulk to my MacBook. I like how they have various colors to choose from, especially a clear one. I will always buy their stuff.

My daughter had a speck case so my other daughter decide to get one with her new laptop. Took home the original case and it cracked at the edges immediately upon installation. Best Buy quickly replace. Second one is great. not sure if the first had a defect or not. Regardless, we are happy.

Love the color of this!!! I do with this was in the satin finish, but this glossy finish is holding up way better than I expected and fits perfectly!!

Bought this to protect my newly purchased 2014 13" Macbook Pro w/ Retina. Not only does it prevent surface scratches (can't really say if it protects it from impact) but the clear see-thru shell does not hide the Macbook Pro's elegant design.

bottom front edges cracked but overall is a really good case and i don't think it is better. worth the cost

Check price at Newegg first. i did not. But slim and light case is nice

It is a good case although this is my second one in a year because the first one cracked at the corners.

Hey, this is a piece of polycarbonate that is intended to protect your MacBoook investment. I have had one of these on all of the MacBooks I have ever owned (quite a few), and it has always kept my laptops in pristine condition. Friends call 'dibs' on my old gear because I treat it so well and it looks straight out of the box even after several years of use. That is because I use things like the Speck case.

A great quality case. A little pricey for my college student budget but I haven't been disappointed.

I wasn't really sure if I needed this before I purchased it. The price was a big barrier, but once I snapped it onto my laptop, I feel in love with it. Gives my computer a beautiful gloss and keeps the cover and bottom free of nicks and other blemishes.

Spec fits great. It's smooth and see through so you still get the little apple light. Plus the hot colors are easy to find when your kid takes it.

Fits my Mac pro 13 inch perfectly. I feel like my Mac is actually really protected and will not get damaged by accidentally falling off the bed.

First attracted because of the color and the brand. I thought I would break the case when removing it from my laptop, the fit was very tight. I dropped my computer a short distance but the case protected it. It does its' job, just be careful during assembly and removal.

This product was easy to install on the MacBook Pro. It also serves the simple purpose of preventing the case from getting scratched or scuffed.

Love the clear! The colors are pretty, but the clear shows off my Mac. Doesn't seem to show scratches ....but I'm not too rough with my Mac.

By the next day the hardshell had scratches all over it.
