I like this lightweight slick case, not only makes the laptop look cool but it also protects it from scratches & dings when carrying in my bag etc. I have another one of the larger macbook pro & those dastners on the back that hold it in place broke. Hopefully this one fairs better.

This is an excellent case for the Macbook Pro.The Apple logo shines through the black case when the laptop is on, for those who care about such things. It has a great rubberized feel to it. Only thing is in one corner it is a bit loose and can move a tiny bit when you type and your wrists put pressure on that spot, but it is barely noticeable. I would recommend this to anyone who wants protection and does not care about keeping the aluminum classic Apple look.

I love this case. This is actually my 2nd one. I purchased the 15" well over a year ago in the red version. Although I wanted to replace it for a different color, I could not justify it. It simply has not failed. It shows some signs of wear, but my 15" Mac book from late 2013 still looks like brand new. I love the way the apple logo's color shines through on the back of this black version. Very eye apealing. This case has a matte feel to it so it has grip in your hands. Unlike some comparable cases. I gave it 4 stars rather then 5 bc the natural oil from my hands will leave behind fingerprints. Not so noticeable on the red version but it is on the black. It's easy to clean and is well worth the trade for protection and style. I had to purchase a second Mac pro for business use and with no hesitation I bought this case again! Only this time I didn't let my wife pick the color!

I've used these Speck cases for years. I trade in my laptops for new ones every 2-3 years, and when I remove the Speck case the machines look brand new. Definitely boosts my trade-in values.

Great cover! It covers the whole outside, its matte, and smooth, and the apple still shows through it. It doesn't have any parts that are annoying when typing. and provides great protection. there are little pads on the bottom which are very high quality! Fits very nicely! I would recommend this case to anyone and i am very picky about my cases. It does not have any vents on the bottom, so laptop does get hot when using big programs. (i.e. games).

I love this case protects my Mac very well, just make sure you know the model Mac you have before buying it bc they make it for all the Mac model from the older to the newest ones.

This speck case is perfect. It offers great protection without compromising use. It also does not cover or impare and ports or access points. All colors are see through as well.

In the past I have bought cheap cases on eBay but now I will only buy and recommend Speck!!! I dropped my MacBook once and I'm so glad I had the case on!

Just bought a New MacBook Pro with Retina display, I have only used speck cases on my MacBooks previously and this one didn't disappoint. I was kind of down to get the black but the black has made my laptop sleek and hasn't scratched or lost any pieces through all the personal and work travel I have done in the last several months. I'm happy and will only by Speck cases in the future.

Well designed non-Apple product. Just be sure to get the one that fits the MacBook Pro with either the retinal display or not. Two different products.

I use this on both of my 13" retina pros, one of them travels the world with me for work, and keeps my computer safe! Nothing to complain about!

I had to choose something that wasn't so girly for when my boyfriend uses it but it was so easy to put on and to take off to clean.

It has been around a month since I bought it and It is a great product. Keeps the MacBook safe and it also looks pretty sleek.
