I purchased it, put it on and literally the next week on a business trip my macbook got knocked off the desk and hit the floor. the case cracked but my macbook is good to go. Too bad they aren't like Zagg and will replace it for free.

However, the quality is very poor. The plastic seems to be very brittle and weak. Within two weeks, a crack started forming on the lid, then a second. I returned it, now I’m noticing a crack forming on the new laptop cover. I am very gentle with my laptop. I’ve never taken it out of the house and I’ve never dropped or banged it. I am so disappointed! I wanted to love this laptop cover. At this point, I don’t want to waste my time with another exchange.
