I don't know whether to say thats a bad thing or a good thing. I did end up returning it and Best buy was gracious enough to take it back. However I went with a case I found on Amazon, way cheaper!

Getting through the learning curve- hasn’t been as difficult as I thought! Did get the Microsoft 365 however. Is that cheating??? No!
