I had the same type of case with my IPad Mini 3. Just purchased this one as I upgraded to the IPad Mini 4. It clips on the side keeping the cover open and out of the way. Same with closing...it clips shut and doesn't pop open. I LOVE that this type of case is the only one I could find that protected all corners of your device

does not last forever, but is a good value. magnetic clasp is fine.

The iPad Mini 4 cannot use the cases for previous versions. So, I needed a new case. Sadly, Speck does not offer as many attractive and fun print options for the 4 as it did for previous versions. I chose this one because it was the only print available. It works fine.

I've always hated the apple smart cases and thought I would give Speck a try. While I like the different viewing angles this cases offers, I'm not a fan of the plastic clip to hold the flap down. Using similar technology that the apple case flap offers might help make this a perfect iPad case.

LOVED the color combo - but it made my mini too bulky - more than I would like. I got the mini because it's small and lightweight and easy to hold - my fault - I did not consider how much bulkier it would be with a case like this.

I wanted a different cover for my I pad mini but the one I wanted was not in stock. They offered to order it but I wanted some thing right away and this one was reasonably priced. Love the fact that it is thin, shuts off my ipad but I get worried when I around tile in the house.

I had to push a bit to get the cover to snap around the iPad, but now it's on very securely. I like that the cover is all the way around, not just on the glass. I use the stand every day with no problems. I am please that it has a snap to shut the cover on if need be. And the color options are nice.

Works fairly well as a stand if you are playing games using the screen horizontally. Playing a game with the screen held vertically where you have to hold it gets tiring. Good cover that keeps the case from getting scratched.

I bot three of these and they look great but didnt work for my childrens ipads. Make sure to pay attention as each time a new ipad comes out (even tho its the mini) you have to buy a whole new case because the old case wont fit. Even tho its still the same size mini.

I like it. I got tired of the bigger Otter Box case although before I got my KTN for travel, the Otter Box case was nice when I had to toss my iPad in the TSA bins at the airport. This case is nice. It stands well for reading, looks good in meetings, and protects my iPad.

Not a lot of features.Can't rotate to stand on bottom.

It was the least expensive ipad case that they carried. I would have preferred one a little more colorful, but it works well, except whe you rest the iPad on it, it is not secure and will fall down with slightest pressure.

Bought this when I purchased a new iPad. I’ve used this brand before, holds up well but does tend to get dirty. Hardcover that helps prevent any damage and has a nice clip that keeps it tight. Not too bulky

I was looking for a basic cover for my iPad Mimi 4. The price got me fast. It is a very adequate nicely made iPad cover. I wasn't looking for all the "bells and whistles"! Nice cover and I'm glad I chose it.
