Volume Control is terrible

Build quality and design is pretty good but the advertised grip is lacking. My biggest irk has to be the bad volume button control not working. I'm not personally a fan of non clicky buttons but the volume up and power button work fine (while hurting my thumb). The thing I hate the most is the volume down button, it turns my volume up. It could've been a centimeter or 2 lower and would work fine and get a 4 star review. Better off getting the Speck Candyshell phone case which has better performing buttons and actual grip.

If grip is important to you, we'd like you to check out Presidio Grip or Presidio V-Grip, both of which were designed with grippiness and hold in mind. I have no doubt this would protect your phone if it fell off a roof. When I tried to return it Best Buy wouldn't take it back because the case had been opened in a manner that wouldn't be good for resale.
