Tried to exchange but counsels donstraight exchange as it was purchased as an open box, despite the damage that does not constitute “good” condition. Was disappointed in this purchase.

I would avoid taking bestbuy sales team suggestions. The guy who suggested me may not be not awarw about the priduct but interested to dump withuout rhinking what customer needed

Placed my Mac in and zipped close. Placed in my carry on backpack. Took it out on arrival. When I returned it to the case for the trip home, The zipper does not work.
