Good looking steelbook, disappointing film
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The line of Bond steelbooks is gorgeous. I love the art on each of them (though I only own the Daniel Craig films). Spectre was a step down after Skyfall. The villain really disappointed. I probably had too high of hopes knowing it was Christoph Waltz. After Inglourious (it won't let me post the full name?), I expected much much more.

A chilling and cool adventure from James Bond
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really enjoyed this movie. Ralph Fiennes takes over as Bond's boss. I really enjoyed the way 2 Bond girls fit into this movie, despite no scenes together and the villain's (Christoph Waltz) show of just how much of a psychopath he is and will stop at nothing to off Bond and everyone close to him.

Spectacularly 007
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I loved this 4th outing by Daniel Craig as Bond. This film was intelligent, intense, beautiful, fun and all things Bond. I love the humanizing of Bond in the Craig films. We don't know yet if this will be the last time we see Craig as Bond, or if it will be the last Bond film... but if either or both are true it would be a great finale.

Spectre SteelBook
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was a polarizing entry to many. I enjoyed it though many felt it was a step back from Skyfall. I personally thought Skyfall was a little overrated. I really like the simplistic SteelBook packaging reflecting the original poster artwork. The embossed bullet hole is a nice touch. Grab it if you can.

Good, but not great
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Another installment in the Bond series with Daniel Craig. This is a good movie, but certainly not the best. Action scenes were shot very well, and the opening was especially entertaining. But the movie dragged at several points and the plot was somewhat transparent. Fun to watch, but not a gripping movie that makes you want for more.

Fantastic movie!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. In my opinion, this movie is very underrated and was instantly a favourite of mine. I have been watching Bond for 20 years and I think this is one of my favourites not only because of Christopher Waltz's phenomenal acting as Blofeld, but because of Craig's acting as well being bold and well done.

Bond always delivers
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Even the worst Bond film is better than almost anything else! I didn't enjoy this movie as much the first time but the second time, I realized it's excellent. I own all the Bond films and there isn't a bad one in the bunch, some are great some are good and a few are classics.

The best Bond movie yet
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have all the Bond movies in my collection and this one is the best in my opinion. The action and intrigue we expect are there plus many questions about Bond's past are answered. The opening sequence is epic Bond and the ending has a surprise twist. If you are a Bond fan, this movie is a must see.

A nice closure for Daniel Craig Bond era.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The story arc for Daniel Craig Bond ends here, but of course, Blofeld will escape and cause more trouble, another four movies ? :-) No more beedcake body shot of Daniel, or it was so fast that I missed it. The stunts and special effects are always great. But Daniel Craig seemed distant this time around. May be it is time to move on.

Daniel Craig does not disappoint
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. At one point we were all disappointed when Remington Steele interfered with Pierce Brosnan taking over the role of Bond. At one point I could not imagine anyone greater. Daniel Craig, for as long as he continues, continues to impress and exceed all expectations. This movie is action packed with a great story and the man in the Tux.

Bond vs. Blofield
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Loved this edition of James Bond. Although Daniel Craig was clearly fried after this performance, he delivered again. It was terrific to learn the backstory of Bond's arch-enemy. I really liked the Day of the Dead opening sequence in Mexico City. Can't wait for the next Bond!

Another excellent 007 action movie
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have never seen a bad 007 movie but I have seen some that do not live up to expectations. This move did live up to the 007 standards with enough twists, turns, and action to keep me glued to my chair. The whole family, including my wife, really liked this latest additions to the James Bond lineup.

Not the best one
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Movie was good, but I do not think it was good as Skyfall was. The movie was kind of slow going, and would have been better if it was a bit shorter ( odd to say, but I feel like some parts were a bit slow). In this movie we learn why all the women he ever cared about has died, and M leaves him a clue to uncover who is behind it.

Good Bond - here's a biscuit
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Firstly this is a good Bond movie, like all Bond moves. Enough action. But it didn't leave me with the "wanting more" feeling. Scenery, women, cars - all superb BUT the tension wasn't high enough. Instead of wondering HOW he would get out of a situation it became "WHEN". But all in all, a good watch

Excellent Movie
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. How can you not love another Bond flick with Daniel Craig? If you're missing this from your James Bond collection, pick this one up ASAP. It's what you'd expect: lots of action, great locations, etc.

Never a Bond Fan But I Have To Admit ...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.... that Daniel Craig is the Bond that made me even want to watch these movies. I never appreciated the Bond franchise as much as I guess I should for my age. When my introduction to Bond was the ridiculous Roger Moore years (please, debate me when I have "Moonraker" as the example) then the modern Bonds are more entertaining.

Bond Does It Again!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Many people doubted Daniel Craig as Bond. He has since proven that he was born to play the role of 007. Spectre not only continues the ongoing saga of the modern MI5, but with this chapter, explores the mysterious dark events from Bond's childhood that have played a crucial role in his development.

Daniel Craig's Bond hits the right notes
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Daniel Craig's perfectly balances the contradictions of svelte and thuggery, finesse and rudeness, romance and violence. The plot thrusts the primacy (or at least relevance) of old techniques of spying and physical interventions in today's digital world. Spectre is enjoyable viewing that 007 fans will love.

A solid entry
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wet into tis movie with minimal expectations. I guess after Goldeneye all Bond film have a lot to live up to. Spectre is a solid entry into the franchise but I guess with the name my memories of Moonraker etc with Spectre massive battles with MI6 just weren't met. But it's like seeing a new Star Wars film and expecting the same great ooh value of the first one you saw-it rarely happens. But if you enter it with no ooh expectations then you're in for a treat. I would like to see Bond films build on each other. Ie the villain continues on for a few films with BOnd chasing him. Maybe that's how I felt about Spectre cause at moments I did get lost and wanting to try to reference back to earlier films. Especially with lines like "All this has been leading up to this" you hope to see the dots. Would I recommend to a friend. Yes. A bond fan. Yes. A casual movie goer or someone who has not seen a Bond film--no..
