One of the Best Bond Films Yet

This is an excellent Bond feature, one of the best in my opinion. Watching this film at the movie theater and then at home on an upconverting 4k blu ray player and tv made this a super enjoyable experience. There is plenty of action, some dry Bond humor and captivating scenery with beautiful color.

    Spectre A Must See

Spectre, for me was a must see movie, since I have seen all the other three movies of Daniel Craig as James Bond aka 007. In my opinion seeing the other three films is a must in order to understand what Bond has gone thru and what he hides in his past. This movie is pact with non-stop Bond action.

Sam Mendes latest entry in Bond filmography is a lesson in classy spy craft. This is his take on ‘60s Bond film with all the flair, glamour, and punch of Craig’s modern Bond. Dave Bautista steals the show in his minor role as an assassin on the hunt for Bond.

    Mendes vs Bond (Round 2)

Not as slick as Sam Mendes' previous entry Skyfall, nor as energetic as Casino Royale or Quantum of Solace, SPECTRE is evenly competent, retro, and nicely lensed. "Part 4" of the Craig series is just that, another good installment, that continues and expands upon what came before. All in all, Mendes wins... Bond will continue.

This movie had me hooked in the first few minutes. It was so much more complex than the Bond movies of old. (not that I don't love them, too) You could see his emotional struggle and the challenges of his position in modern times. Definitely worth watching and the dvd has great special features.

This movie like the rest starts up with action but then dies out for a good while. I like that it brings up all the other movies into play and basically felt like it gave me closer and explained alot. Overall it wasn't as good as skyfall for me but still very good n a must for bond collection.

    Best Modern Bond Movie

What started in 'Casino Royale' wraps up here in Spectre as we learn who's been pulling the strings to make life rough for 007. With plenty of nods to the old movies in addition to all of the things one would expect from a James Bond movie, this one is easily the best of the modern-Bond era.

I like Craig as Bond, in my opinion he does a fine job, I'm still a sean connery man but Craig is pretty good. If you haven't seen him in Layer Cake it's worth watching. Back to Spectre lots of action; I bought a nice sound system last year and movies like this put you right in the middle of the action. This was fun to watch.

I am a huge Bond fan and have enjoyed observing the maturation process of the franchise. Spectre is a great movie but I still like Skyfall better. Daniel Craig has been one of my favorite Bonds. Connery still rates as the best for me. The movie is full of typical Bond super feats and gadget wizardry. It is an enjoyable watch.

Daniel Craig has turned into my favorite James Bond and I’m sorry to see him leaving the series. SPECTRE is highly recommended in UHD and as always love the Steelcase packaging.

When Daniel Craig first took over the Bond Franchise everyone became concerned about a blonde Bond...whatever. I like the Craig Bond Films but anymore they are essentially just action movies with some guy named Bond. BOTTOM LINE: Good movie, but all recent Bond Movies are more action movie than traditional campy Bond Movie.

This movie completes my collection. I now have all the James Bond movies from the very first to this one. It was a great value for the money. I also purchased the 23-movie blue ray collection at Best Biy. It is one of the best purchases I made last year. I feel that iit is a good investment!

Daniel Craig nails it again. I will no longer be a Bond fan when he decides to move on. Hopefully he will do at the least one more that he agreed to do. Bottom line Spectre is a great movie; unlike others it has more story and a bit less action than previous movies, but awesome nonetheless.

The quality of the blu ray is fantastic. Every color and texture really stand out, at times the image can be overwhelming with detail, you lose track of the story because the look. The sound quality is as great as the image. Not as powerful as the image, but enough it enhances the viewing.

Hard for me to give a Bond movie a bad rating, because I am such a fan. What I liked about this particular movie was the attempt to try and tie together previous 007 movies into a nice bow. Cinematography was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this movie. Can't wait until the next one.

Daniel Craig is my least favorite bond. I miss the wit and humor of all those before him. I know it's the writing, not his fault, he's a fine actor. This movie was entertaining, however, growing up with the originals, I suppose I expected more. Spectre wasn't the massive evil organization I remember. Still worth a watch.

I enjoyed Spectre, after not being able to catch it in theaters. It is a great way to continue the storyline from Skyfall. The case is very nice, if you are into collecting Steelbooks. I own the Ultimate Collection set, so it came with space for the disc. Luckily I was able to find someone to give the case a good home
