Sam Mendes really knocked it out of the park with 2012's Skyfall. I felt it was the perfect blend of the gritty realism of the previous Daniel Craig Bond films while also incorporating some of the more fantastical elements seen in the Connery and Moore films. Spectre, however, is somewhat of an underwhelming follow up. Christoph Waltz and Daniel Craig both give excellent performances, but the story sort of collapses under it's own weight. Still, it's a solid popcorn flick and the SteelBook is absolutely beautiful.

I have been a Bond fan since the very first movie came out. Spectre is a great movie and Daniel Craig is the best and most believeable Bond ever. This is a must have for all you Bond lovers out there.

I thoroughly liked the movie. It held my interest and was exciting. It had a good plot, but it seems most movies are copying off of previous versions of other tales. Nonetheless, it is recommended for sound, action, scrip and plot.

The latest Bond movie doesn't disappoint with its action sequences and awesome toys that 007 gets to play with. A welcome re-introduction to the historic nemesis that Bond has been fighting with for years.

I started watching this movie and had to stop when Mr. White character came in. I now want to watch the first 3 movies with Daniel Craig because this movie has so much to do with what has already happened.

Not my favorite Bond film of all time, but it's so well made. It's hard to argue the technical prowess that Mendes has behind the lens. Some great locals, and a pretty cool extended take to open make this one a good one to study.

Spectre was a good Bond flick, not great. I liked Skyfall the best of any of them. The acting, story, and scenery were fabulous. This was just good. I did like the tie in to the past, but the acting was not as good as Skyfall.

Daniel Craig continues to be the most ruthless of all of the Bonds in Spectre. I like all the James Bond films, but Daniel Craig is my favorite Bond. Nonetheless, he's approaching the age bracket where he is likely to be replaced.

This movie made me feel like I was watching the few original Bond films, but newer. Daniel Craig is a great actor and he has plenty of opportunity for action in this movie, cause there is lots of action!

Daniel Craig is my favorite Bond so far. I've enjoyed all of his 007 films and hope that this is not his last! It has all the 007 components ( Bond girl, technologically advanced weapons, big explosions, etc) and is worth a watch.

I don't know what the backlash for this movie was; however, I thought it was an awesome spectacle movie that mixed old and new brilliantly. The way it ends, I can understand Craig's desire to end his run.

I have been a huge fan of all the 007 movies from day 1... I don't know if it's just that there really isn't much more you can do with this series, or if it's just not one of the better movies in this very long lineup... I thought the movie seemed like I have already seen this before, just slightly different. Maybe they need to think about ending any thoughts of making more in this series...or possibly give it enough time by skipping a generation or two & then try again. I personally wouldn't suggest this to other 007 fans, as it will only be a let down if you have seen all of the previous movies...if newer to 007, then this might be for you

What a great film and I got it for a great price! Highly recommend it if you like action, spy, suspense and destinations. Its a great film great tie in of all the previous storylines.

We are big fans of the James Bond movies, especially Daniel Craig. We would highly recommend all four of his Bond movies. He brought back cool to the franchise like when Sean Connery did when it started.

Great suspense and action. Love the recent Bond films and Craig is great as 007. Looking forward to the next entry in the series.

Spectre blew the roof off of the 007 saga. This movie is excellent from beginning to end. 1st time a woman left J.B. But he got her back at the end. Daniel Craig is fantastic. Great acting from everyone.

I own the new James Bond set with digital copies and this was a perfect addition as I added the Blu-ray disc to the box set and still have a beautiful and sleek Blu-ray Steelie to add into my collection.

Better than Skyfall, which I know is not saying a whole lot...the good is you finally know who is behind it all..I think Daniel Craig makes a good bond so I give it 4 stars..if you are not a fan of Daniel Craig subtract 1 star..

Spectre is a fun, fast, shiny, loud movie that one would associate with James Bond. Unfortunately, it's ties to the other Craig Bond movies is its worst feature. It's still worth watching, and the steelbook packaging looks nice.

I enjoyed the action, without a lot of gadgets that all the other James Bond had in them. Craig's acting was superb, which is his last. The DVD was at a very good price when I purchased it. I will never get tired of watching it.
