Makes it own sounds. Does pretty well on my short carpet

I have seldom been as impressed with a product as I have been with this toy (and I hesitate to call it a toy). Setup is ab absolute snap. The operation is simply spectacular. It's like what you would expect from being with the real thing (only smaller). The only think they could do to make this better would be to make it life size.

My husband and I bought this for our 7 year old and decided to return it because it would be too difficult for him to do.

One of the best small copies of R2, he moves and makes noises just like the real one. I was pleasantly surprised.

This R2D2 is the most adorable little companion. You will enjoy all his little quirks and tricks.

This is a very fun toy. That’s it. It’s a high tech remote control car that makes noise and watches movies with you. But the belt drive is always filling up with dirt, dust, lint or hair. It works for a very long time and has good battery life. I would recommend you use this on a clean hard floor. I would not have purchased it if it wasn’t on sale.

I love my little droid. True replica. Docking a star because the app could be better.

It's cute, love the sounds but it isn't a toy you want unless you like having ..to reset it every 5min. So it does the sounds ..and responses of R2, ..but eens up putting it on its back, ..but will not put itself or control it to restand up. Wont run on any carpet. Really disappointed, wd looking forward to some fun.

I bought this little R2D2 droid for my husband for Christmas and he loves it! So cute and so smart! I think kids of all ages will love this little robot! Thinking about getting BB8 to add to the family!

This droid is alot of fun. My kids love being able to draw out a pattern for it

I enjoy it and so do the grand kids. I own the BB-8 Sphero and it's nice, but this is much better in terms of the preciseness of the controls and the realistic reproduction. The various modes and features keep it from getting repetitious.

There are many knock offs of this product, but this is by far the best. Very sensitive to movements on the app, and connects easily to almost any device. I would definitely recommend, especially at the price they are available for now.

Nice R2D2, works well with the app. Well built, but a little small.

Got this as a gift for a family member.....they loved it!!!! They went out a got BB8 to add to the fun as they had races through out the house.

On sale, this thing is a blast. Fun for the entire family.

When I saw this was only $49.99 compared to the $179.99 it is usually priced at, I had to jump on it. As a SW fan, this R2-D2 is perfect and my nephews and pets love chasing after it and playing with it.

The laptop is great. It handles games really well and you can't beat the price spec wise, let alone the premium build. However part of the omen symbol on the laptop has come out (metal) and I'm going to have to superglue it back into the groove. A little disappointed by that but otherwise more than happy with this product.

This app enabled droid is one of the best Christmas presents I’ve ever decided to spend money on. I definitely recommend getting the belt for it, as it makes it more interactive. Our favorite thing to do is, watch the Star Wars movies with it. It’s reactions to the movie make it that much better of a viewing experience.
