Problem is Best Buy offered a force band as gift at moment of the purchase, that definitely convinces you to order from Best Buy... seems like a great deal!! The problem is they don´t have the product in stock and inform you in the first days you can get the droid and the band will come later. Several days later the band is no longer available and they cancel your order and automatically refunds you the "gift" in the total amount of $0. I called customer service and my answer was basically there is nothing Best Buy can do about it and it is the manufacturers fault... But they said I can return the droid... THANK YOU!!!!!! I feel tricked by Best Buy and wish could give ZERO starts! After this episode, I'll think twice before buying from Best Buy and 10 times before choosing a product who comes with a gift.

After going through the thre pre program stuff..and having to put it up on its feet everytime, very frustrating. thought it was to be interactive more like rc cars but beyond being cute, fun sounds ).. waist of money.. he's going back

I wanted to deducted a star for not really being to carpet friendly but for the money its a never ending joy!. Love the detail and sounds, definitely worth the price tag you will not be disappointed.

Fun for any Star Wars fan

I was able to get him from my local Best Buy for $50 which made this purchase even cooler. He’s got a lot of personality and is fun to control through the app. Watching movies with him is fun too and he reacts to characters that are on screen. Battery life is pretty good too as I was able to get through an entire viewing of Last Jedi with him. I need to have him and BB8 hangout now. Fun toy!
