Great movie, but the venom creation story and short screen time leaves you wanting more. This is one of Spiderman's greatest foes and should have had a bigger role. The resolution and sound on the blu-ray technology makes the movie even more amazing.

I don't want to repeat what others have mentioned already...The movie ran far too long when it should have ended about 30mins earlier or so. The story line is fairly good...lots of drama and the action sequences are good.

I thought Spiderman 3 was a pretty cool movie even though it didn't get the best reviews from all the critics. I do still think Spiderman 2 was the best of the Spiderman movies but this is a really good movie.

This movie was a real disappointment. First of all, the characters were wooden, without any real sparkle of excitement or energy. The plot was a haphazard mess that eventually got tied up with a neat little ribbon at the end (barf!). Oh, and did I mention that it was too long by almost an hour and really dragged in the middle? The irony is that the relationship issues between Peter and MJ SHOULD have added great character development and human interest. Alas, that part fell the flattest of all :-( Even Toby Maguire couldn't save this one.

As the series of Spider-Man continues, the movies seem to get better and better, with this volume being the best. Sure, it teaches some life lessons and stuff, but it was full of action and potential revenge.

I was looking forward to this film, because as a kid I collected comics. My favorite villian was Venom. So, when this came out, my wife and I went to see it in the theater. Terrible! If you're a fan of the comics DON'T watch it! In fact, I'm going to spoil it for you, and I rarely do this. They did good at the beginning, showing the history of the suit. They got the wrong guy to play Venom though, and just when it gets good they kill off Venom. What the h*ll!!! In the comics, Venom is one of Spiderman's long time enemies, and they only give him like 20 minutes in the movie! That killed it for me. Even my wife, who doesn't know that much about comics, was disappointed. Not to mention, they picked a terrible actor to play Sandman. The casting all around was terrible. The movie builds up too much towards the end, then just stops! Bad ending! Not to mention the fact that Toby Macguire cries through the whole movie, he plays a wuss in this one! This was just a horrible movie! The first two were decent, but this one's the worst, by far, they really screwed up! I do NOT recommend this film! The only reason I didn't give it one star is because the special effects were good, that's all this film has going for it.

I loved the effects in Spiderman 3. One will always be my favorite, but that is only because I believe they come with the best of the best in the first movie to get you hooked. Well, it worked! I am eagerly awaiting the blu-ray release to once again see the close of the trilogy. Venom and Sandman were great! The opening fight scene is awesome and gets you pumped for an exciting movie. I got a good laugh out of seeing Tobey as his alter ego. Spiderman 1 and 2 were better to me, but the effects in Spiderman 3 has them both beat hands down. Turn up the surround sound and get ready for action!

It was pretty cool to see a few new bad guys in the story like Venom and the Sand Man and I have to admit the new Black Suit on Spider-Man was pretty sweet, but the storyline of the whole movie just got me really mad. The ending was VERY bad in my opinion because it was just so surprising and different than what people were expecting. Some of the lines in the movie were pretty cheesey which got pretty anoying. Overall, this movie is only good to see if you want to finish watching the Spider-Man Trilogy so just go out and rent it.

what can i say 3rd time is a charm the very best spiderman yet i mean it has its down parts but there is so much good parts that make up for it i mean you have sandman who looked real sick and then the venom who just made the movie a classic in my book i mean all the marvel fan were waiting for him and you ask and you shall receive so if they do make a part 4 which i think they are there still in talks i just hope the whole cast comes back especailly toby and topher (venom) and i heard a rumor that if they did make a part 4 that venom might be back but will see so this is a must have

Overall a good movie, But not that Great. Good Action and special effects. Story line between Peter and Mary Jane is pretty much the same as the first two movies and getting to predictable for the amount of time it consumes in the movie. Seemed a little rushed through certain parts on developing the new characters. I did not see this movie in the theater but was looking forward to it after seeing the trailers, but after watching it I found it a little disappointing.

ok movie. if u have the others then yea finish the set off if not rent and move on. others are right in that there is way to much going on in this movie. spiderman should have a few basic problems and a load of action fighting sequences and movie over in 1 hr 45 mins. and the power ranger thing toward the end was not helping the cause. the lets team up together and finish him off (cheesy action music comes in) and battle begins. rent and then decide.

This is a blockbuster, but tiring for Spider-man. He takes down 3 villains in this flick instead of just one in the previous movies. Better get hands on this.

This movie features venom the new evil villain. When peter park, spiderman, fights the sand man and venom at the same time, he can not stay to live much longer. Along side come peter parkers friend, Harry Osborn, helps as the green goblin. This movie has a lot of smashing and crashing so with the HDMI cable it'll blow you out of your seat. So come and go to Best buy and buy your spiderman 3 movie. This blue-ray movie also is included with the ps3 in the 40g. So its free!

this was a good movie, but i belive the cons out weigh the pros... i think they introduced too many bad guys to the movie for it to have any good storyline. if it had just one less bad guy to deal with it might have made it a better movie. the special effects are good, if not great. and there are alot of good fight/action scenes that help speed this movie along. and it has a great cast of characters in the movie.

"Spiderman 3" was better to me than part II. This one was on top of somethings. It wrapped up some loose ends that part II left wide open.

Mastered in 4k, looks great on a 4k TV. No extras. Comes with a free movie pass for the Amazing Spiderman 2.

Spiderman three was such a disappointment compared to the first two. Most of the plot was based upon a series of coincidences, the characters have no real motivation to do the things they do, and there are way too many cheesy moments and bits of dialogue. The disc is good for watching how they made the effects (which also weren't that great) but I wouldn't recommend it.

The only problem with this movie that i can say is that it jumps around way too much. This could have been made so much better by concentrating on maybe just one villain, just to get in more depth with one specific character, way too much going on, keep it like the comics Sam Raimi and calm it down a little cause it'll still be a great movie. Worth seeing? yes...

Probably my favorite of the series. The product itself was in excellent condition and easy to find. Thanks Best Buy!
