It was a good movie. Dont get me wrong. There were a lot of things about this movie that i loved and that i thought marvel did right with some of the characters. Spider man was great, vulture was awesome, even all the non-mentioned characters like the prowler which was eluding to mile morales. My only problem with this movie was their "MJ". Not because shes not the right ethnicity but because they changed her name and they made her this peter parker obsessed little girl when it was the other way around in the comics. Aside from that it was really good.

So glad they ended this part of Marvel series. D- at its best.

This is the 3rd reboot of the series - but I think the first series of three were the best - unfortunately the screen writers had to put in sexual innuendo that ruined the film for me. This was good but not great - especially if comparing this to the first Captain America movie.

Best of the Spiderman movies so far, can't wait for the sequel.

I held off on watching this film, didn't see it in the theater, largely because I was burned-out on Spider-Man. Anyway, long story short I can't believe how much I enjoyed Homecoming. Total breath of fresh air both for Spider-Man and frankly for Marvel Studios as well. This is arguably the best film within the Marvel Cinematic universe since the halcyon days of 2014 (Winter Soldier, Guardians of the Galaxy). Homecoming is fun, it's funny, the tone and feel are just right. Tom Holland is terrific and Michael Keaton superb. No retelling of the origin story *or* parade of usual suspects in the supporting roles, outside Aunt May and a couple of Peter's classmates. A great combination of high school, superhero and comedy with a real sense of stakes and even a little menace. Perfect mix, great entertainment.

This is the best spider-man movie. A real family friendly movie.

My wife and I enjoyed most of this movie. The story was engaging. Seeing Spider-Man look as young as a high school kid was great and it was fun to see his believable level of maturity/immaturity. There were some laughs and Michael Keaton played the Vulture incredibly. Robert Downey Jr. played a well-balanced part in this film as well--not overboard as some had feared. I'm still a big fan of the Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield films. I personally wouldn't call this one any better than those. The biggest thing I did not like about this movie were a few dirty jokes. Also, some of the original characters were changed a little, and that simply weirded me out. Maybe they'll feel more natural and integral as the next movies come out. I really liked Tom Holland's performance though. If you liked him in Captain America: Civil War, you'll like him in this.

Good story line. Great action sequences. Good family night movie.
