    Best Spiderman to date

After Spiderman got the Disney treatment, this series really got on the right track. The big difference between this Spiderman and older ones (pre-Disney), is that it does tie in to the larger established Marvel universe. Older Spiderman movies seemed to just be standalone renditions, which, on its merits, wasn't terribly strong to begin with. If you're a Spiderman fan, and skipped out on this one, you won't be disappointed with it.

Fun filled action with a sprinkling of feels on top. Yes, another Marvel movie, but this one feels ever so slightly different. Tony Stark takes on the distant father role for a young, witty Peter Parker played by Tom Holland. You can't help but smile at how well Tom evokes that childish innocence. Not to mention a power house actor playing the villain that you can't help but sympathize with. You won't be disappointed.

This is the Spider-Man we have been waiting for. Even though it is technically a reboot, it isn't an origin story. The character picks up after "Civil War" and progress from there. This spider-man is very funny and very relatable. The character goes through typical high school issues like most of us have. I have to say the villain of the film is fantastic. After seeing the green goblin so often, it's nice to have a different villain.

Marvel, as I see it, has done a great job with all the movies that it has added to the Marvel U. This is no different. I like the actor and the story they put together for Spiderman. I am glad they didn't do the same villain, as the usually do Green Gob. So it was good choice and the actor who played the villain, amazing. Get this movie and add it to your Marvel collection.

    Definitive Spiderman

I have seen all the Spider-Man films and really believe this version to be the definitive one. All the cast do a great job, special effects are stunning, but not out of place. It was good to tie in Spider-Man to the Avengers after Civil War. I really did enjoy this movie as it gave a new spin on the original Spider-Man and liked how it continues to thread from The Avengers, while looking at its own future as a possible trilogy.

A young Peter Parker/Spider-Man (Tom Holland), who made his sensational debut in Captain America: Civil War, begins to navigate his newfound identity as the web-slinging super hero in SPIDER-MAN: HOMECOMING. Thrilled by his experience with the Avengers, Peter returns home, where he lives with his Aunt May (Marisa Tomei), under the watchful eye of his new mentor Tony Stark (Robert Downey, Jr.). Peter tries to fall back into his normal daily routine--distracted by thoughts of proving himself to be more than just your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man--but when the Vulture (Michael Keaton) emerges as a new villain, everything that Peter holds most important will be threatened.

It wasn’t the greatest Spiderman movie I’ve ever seen but I needed it to complete my marvel collection. Also, if you are a huge marvel fan it is a must watch movie in order to know where Spiderman fits in the picture.

Spiderman Homecoming is not a movie for those who are only looking for action and explosions. It has action scenes and character development scenes which I appreciate because it isn't focused on just action. Spiderman follows the comic book character profile with snarky comments and it's fun seeing the development of a young superhero rather than just another movie with an all-powerful superhero that can seemingly defeat anyone and overcome any challenge. Lastly, the 4k and Dolby Atmos are great for audio and video quality if you're looking for something to showcase your home theater. They aren't the best audio and video quality but are very still good.

This is a movie. It was cute, however I am getting really tired of the stale pop sarcasm/humor. Oh well, the powers that be will let us know what counts as funny with as little effort as possible. I call it lazy production.

As I enjoyed the Raimi Spiderman movies (well, most of them), I skipped the Garfield entries. However, I'm enjoying the lightheartedness of this one. Tom Holland totally did justice here, and he had a fun cast and script to work with. Did it get too funny at times? Sure. In the end, I'm quite satisfied here. Not everyone likes 3D, I get it. However, they did a solid job on this entry and I am happy it was available this way. Additionally, the special features are pretty good too, though not entirely robust. The bottom line is that it's good to have Spidey along for the MCU and it'll be good to see him once more alongside his fellow mightiest heroes!

Didn't think much about another Spider Man reboot but it was on sale for Black Friday so I picked up a copy. Very entertaining. Different from the other spiderman stories as this got integrated into the Marvel Universe, the Avengers, etc. Same type of humor and action you see from the other Marvel Universe movies. My type of movie, so very entertaining. A different spiderman from the other movies since he's not by himself.

The best Spider-Man film since Spider-Man 2 with Tobey Maguire. Easily better than Spider-Man 3 and both films starring Andrew Garfield. It has brought the Spider-Man franchise back to life after it had seemingly been killed by the aforementioned films. The fact that it was put out by Marvel Studios which allows this Spider-Man to interact with other heroes which appear under that banner makes it all that much better.

So finally marvel studios gets to do a Spiderman film and they don't disappoint its a awesome film if I have to say something negative its that the Spiderman suit was not given to Peter he made it iron man had nothing to do with his original Spiderman suit I kinda think they are dumbing down Peter when his a genius in the comics but that's the only negative I can say really great if you have not seen it do it its great

Easily my favorite live action incarnation of Spider-Man! Some may have hated his over reliance on Iron Man, but if anything this film showed that he didn’t need iron man. Iron man was only in the movie for 15 minutes, and the rest of the time the movie was carried by every other cast member, especially Tom Holland and Michael Keaton.

In the comic books, Peter Parker is a young guy in his teens. He clearly is learning how to be a super hero by the seat of his pants, and that's the fun of Spiderman. This version finally gets it right. Fingers crossed, we might actually have a decent sequel for once. Best Buy's delivery was super fast, and their price beat everyone else's by a wide margin. I'll be starting any searches for movies at BB in the future.

Unlike Fox, Sony has realized that Marvel knows best how to make Marvel movies (duh!), and that it is better to earn part of the profits than to write off all of the loss. This is a great re-reboot of the most popular Marvel character, and an added plus for not wasting the first half-hour with the whole radioactive spider bite bull - as if we did not know already.

I love this movie! It is lost among the recent Spidey flicks, but it is great. It picks up after the events of MCU Avengers 1, and fits in the timeline after IronMan2 and before Civil War. Michael Keaton plays his role perfectly. 4K UHD presentation is as good as any superhero CGI flick, and the Atmos soundtrack brings the house down.

One of the Better Spider-Man Movies

Each Spider-Man movie franchise has its pros and cons, and the Homecoming chapter is no exception. While the Homecoming plot takes liberties with the original Spider-Man story line, the movie, which will no doubt generate its own sequals, does have the benefit of being anchored into the popular Marvel Cinematic Universe with a familiar supporting cast featuring Iron Man regulars Robert Downey Jr., Jon Favreau, and Gwyneth Paltrow. Also, Michael Keaton turns in a strong villain performance in a notable plot twist. If you can look past the original storyline liberties, Homecoming could represent one of the better Spider-Man movies so far.

We need more SteelBooks like this one because the artwork is spectacular! This is the best take on Spider-Man so far. We finally get to see what Spider-Man would be like if he existed in the same universe as the Avengers. With a high-tech suit from Iron Man, he takes on the Vulture to prove that he's ready for bigger missions.

I was one of the weird ones who enjoyed Andrew Garfield as Spider-Man because I enjoyed the story involved. The reason why I enjoy this Spider-Man is because it's probably the most similar to the old comics and this Peter Parker actually looked and felt like a High School aged kid. The way the story added the high school issues into the story was fantastic in my opinion. Another fun marvel superhero movie!
