Definitely a more YA take on Spider-man. Still an improvement on the Andrew Garfield films, though the Toby Maguire trilogy remains probably the best we'll ever see of Spider-man on screen.

saw This on sale for 22 dollars had a 15 rewards certificate picked it up. I wish I could return it holland is a bad actor. MJ is black and flash is idk what this flash is a weird looking dude. This is not spider man

IS another good kickoff to a movie series that loves re-starting with a different actor once they get to a certain age. If you like Spiderman or comic books in general, you will obviously like the movie. Nothing to write home about though.

It's basically an origin story for the character in the Marvel Universe. Overall, to me, it was just another pretty good marvel movie that follows the same formula all the others do. Not bad, but not great or surprising either.

So I'm not racist but when every character in the spidey-verse is now the wrong race as the all powerful stan Lee intended. Things get lost in the message, but I think it was well written, flash Thompson cannot be an Indian....

I'm on the fence on this one. It was ok....just not great. It had its moments where you wanted more but it just didn't quite deliver. Had I known this I would have waited for it to go below $15, though $20's not that big a deal.

seems that with each new Spiderman movie, they get just a little worse. it would be better if they would follow the comic books a lot closer--to much poetic license which I guess is ok if you don't follow or know the characters.

I watched this movie in 4K and on Blu-ray and the picture is pretty sharp in 4K, but not a big difference from the Blu-ray disk. If you have Dolby Atmos (which I don't), then it's probably worth the pick-up in the 4K format.

Not one of my favorite Spiderman films. I'm a little partial to the early 2000's Spiderman movies. They've had 3 different actors playing spiderman in a short period of time. I'm just not into it. And I like Spiderman.....

This one did not live up to the hype for me. Too much of a tie to Tony Stark and I did not like the over 'tech'-ing of his gear. Must see for the Marvel franchise but not worth the hype. Spider Man was better in Civil War.

This is the 3rd incarnation of Spiderman and I must say its pretty good. I do prefer the Toby McGuire films but this version is worth a look, especially since this Spiderman will join the current MCU. Give it a try.

I'm one of the dorks who actually likes watching 3D movies at home. Though this movie as quite entertaining, the 3D leaves a lot to be desired. Lots of blurriness and double-images compared to other movies.

Seemed like they tried too hard for this version of spider man to be nerdy. Ok movie but still liked Toby's version much better. Kind of cool how Stark made cameos and somewhat tutored/mentored him.

All I have to say, it's that we had enough of the comic like covers, there a lot of great images from the movie and much better ways to present them, on a cover, embossed logos, etc. Not a plain comic finish...

Spider-Man homecoming is much better than the last two movie series, but a step down from Toby Maguire trilogy. Great sound and picture make this an entertaining film to add to your high definition collection.

I love all the previous Spiderman films from the actors to the storyline, but this one I have to say did not have the same effect. It lacked suspense and intensity, but had its share of special effects.

Had this movie not been part of the MCU, no one would have had the level of excitement that they gave this movie. It is honestly straight up average. It does what it does, sometimes well, sometimes meh.

This is a pretty decent spider-man movie but you could probably also title the film Iron Man 4. Feels a bit too typical MCU formula for me but Tom Holland is a joy to watch as spider-man.

Don’t expect a Marvel action movie because this is most a comedy for kids and sometime is really bore I am very disappointed, as least the quality of the picture and sound effects are really good.

It’s not my favorite web-slinging film, but it is definitely a step in the right direction for a Spider-Man adaptation. Michael Keaton’s performance is outstanding in this film. Good job, Marvel!
