What stands out about Into the Spider-Verse is that it embraces the distinct comic book feeling of the superheroes we know so well. The animation style is gorgeous and makes beautiful use of color and trippy imagery in a way that live action simply can't do. On top of looking amazing, the story is paced well and the acting is top-notch. I do wish we had some more time to flesh out the other spider-iterations. But, even with the side-character treatment, they don't fall flat or fade into the background as the risk can be in these types of stories. The product itself is a standard lightweight plastic casing with two discs (DVD & blu-ray) plus a redeemable code for the digital copy.

Animated Spiderman movie was very different from the other Spidey movies we have watched. But it was very entertaining for my boys but surprisingly my daughter enjoyed the movie as well and wanted to watch it again.
