Best animated Marvel film to date
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This flick has everything. Fun, sorrow, mystery, action, heart, interdimensional travel... As a fan of the comics and the old 90's animated Spider-Man show, I was happy they finally brought the multiverse to film. I'm looking forward to the sequel, and hoping they will give Madame Web her film debut, considering she's always had a big role to play in the Spider-Verse.

Animated Film of the Year
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Are your a Spiderman fan? Buy this movie. Are you a Marvel fan? Buy this movie. Are you just a fan of animated films in general? Buy this movie. While not 'cannon' to the Marvel universe, Into the Spider-verse gives excellent perspective on Marvel's current direction of their films and its a visual and audio masterpiece to boot!

5 star movie; 3 star steelbook
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This movie is an instant classic. It’s 10 out of 5, no review necessary. What really took the wind out of this release was the lack of 4K with the steelbook. I don’t see the point other than an expected double dip down the road. It’s too bad because the steelbook is surprisingly nice. It should have been 4K!
