You gave the benefits to Best Buy credit card customers who are not your hardcore customer base sorry to say, but its facts! You have alienated your hardcore customers who were buying the more popular items in your stores, Movies, Video Games, Accessories & TVs! Taking the Elite Membership program was a huge mistake. The writing is on the wall! You have down sized your movie/video game stock and its no point in shopping at Best Buy anymore! You played yourself! R.I.P. Best Buy!
