CAME IN ON TIME, IN PERFECT CONDITION, SATISFIED.....

Since the day the release date has been announced I’ve been checking this page only to see it continuously sold out. Even managed to add it to my cart at one point only to not be able to check out as it was “sold out”. I have bought every steelbox marvel release since phase 2 and never had an issue. Many of them I have preordered as soon as the release date was announced with no issues. Several I have been able to order online day of release

Ive tried to order this for months with no luck. Ive had it in my cart multiple times to have it be removed because it has sold out. Now the day of the release, its sold out, and its not coming soon anymore, even though I was assured that this would be available. This us a bluray, not something that should be affected by a semiconductor shortage like a console. Its absurd and just a poor customer experience.

A similar thing happened where Shang chi said coming soon and then on release date they had an assortment out for ordering online - but I stayed up all hours of the night just for this - I should have ordered the Batman steelbook instead yet I’d rather this and wait to be eventually told that they officially sold out

no wonder phsyical media is going down the toilet cant even order enough product for release this is ridiculous. its a piece of metal why cant the best buy company order me one from sony and cant sony just make more. this is the one movie i wanted so bad now i cant watch it tonight because of best buy! cant even call the store only got rerouted to call center! its always gonna sell out online why dont u people leave some out seperate from online on the floor so people can have a chance to get at 10am! just wasted gas trying to get this! am i gonna be compensated?

One of the biggest movies ever, you have an exclusive steelbook, and you dont make enough copies to go around? Its a slap in the face to all of your loyal customers that collect items like this. This sold out the first week the movie was in theater, months ago, and there's still no way to order it on release day.

I’ve purchased every Marvel SteelBook movie available on release day at Best Buy since the first Avengers movie. No Way Home is now the exception. I waited til 11am (because of shorted business hours) to walk in and be told that no stores got copies of their exclusive item. Im highly disappointed in best buy. I know at the end of the day ita just a movie but when you’ve been waiting months to fianlly purchase an item because it went from not available for preorder to sold out online, it just suck.

All sold out by 10:03pm, I'm tired of this happening!!! Best Buy, this movie made almost 2 billion at the box office, you should know this means fans would want the steelbook of this monumental movie!!! The powers that be at corporate should have seen this coming!!! Please restock this ASAP!!! This has been showing as coming soon for a few months. Initial pre-orders were super under supplied and it never restocked. Stores show zero stock for release day. And yet people on ebay are selling 10+ copies.

Im surprised Best Buy is still in business without knowing how supply and demand works. Usually when supply is high, you make more to sell. That is obviously not the case with this steelbook. I have checked DAILY since the end of December only to see “sold out” every time. I contacted support multiple times to ask about more preorders and no one knew a thing. I went to the store today to maybe lucky and get one. The store never got any. I just don’t understand their logic, they’re losing so much money because they don’t make enough steelbooks (for any movie).

Waited mo months for today and sold out before the stores even opened!!! They sold out on pre orders the first day it was available. And not enough to put on store shelves. I hope they would release more when then get a chance. There are alot of steelbook collector's are very angry this morning because of this and I'm one of them!!!

Best Buy handled this in the worst way possible. No copies left for the day it came out and letting people order more than one. Worst part is it said "Coming Soon" for months so they led people on to something that wasn't even there instead of just saying sold out. Beyond disappointing and unprofessional.

Why is there no stock of this movie? This is ridiculous. I waited months for this to be availble and never had a chance to order it. To the people who are disresepctful of others, no one cares if you dont like that there’s one starred reviews being left. It will continue until Best Buy can satisfy demand.

I have been checking everyday since they put the product online (up to the point that I checked day before as well) for a chance to pre order and never saw a chance to pre order. Something has to be done. This makes no sense. I come back (day of release) and it’s sold out! Some people got pre orders and I don’t understand how. I’ve been looking everyday!! Not once was there a chance for pre order.
