I have been a loyal bestbuy member and I enjoy purchasing the steelbook exclusives. Its absolutely unethical to only have this item for preorder and not availble in stores anywhere or to purchase online. This also wasn't mentioned anywhere. And because of this, you have allowed the item to sellout, only to now be on ebay for 4x the price. No longer will I be purchasing physical 4k mvoies from bestbuy.

Seems Beat buy dropped the ball with this. Said Sold out and coming soon since the day they announced when this would be coming out on physical media. Chat support said its was being available in waves. But rhat wasnt the case. Reading other reviews tou kind of have an idea Best buy doesnt give a F_CK

I have purchased every MCU steelbook by preordering and i have checked Best Buy daily since January and it always said Coming Soon. Since yesteday it is noe Sold Out. Im giving a one star for not making the purchase available to everyone.

Movie is the definition of perfection. One of the best movies of all time. This Steelbook release, however, was abysmal. It never even went live for sale online, nor did any store near me get a single physical copy. How do you mess up this bad on the biggest DVD release of 2022? Such a shame.

It went on pre order for only a few hours on saturday… now on tuesday the movie comes out and their sold out? Its only 7am lol best buy yoh suck. And the elite member program you terminated wont be shopping with you anymore

I know there’s people that have it worse but Jesus. It makes me mad that I preorder this back in December right when it was announced and my tracking is stuck on Pre-Shipment Info Sent to USPS, USPS Awaiting Item since last Friday. Best Buy needs to get there stuff together. And I’m sorry to those that couldn’t get one or have damaged packages.

Ive been checking the site for weeks for pre order…nothing. I stood outside your store waiting to open- no copies. I have purchased all of the steelbooks and this is my last attempt. Best buy dropped the ball on this. But this is only one example how they drop the ball. I wont be purchasing any more steelbooks from best buy. Customer lost.

I clicked remind me months ago for when the steelbook was gonna go on sale for preorder. I wasn't reminded via email or phone text. No notifications whatsoever. Everytime i checked the website all it would say is Coming Soon and no release date. I check today and it's sold out...

I ordred the first day of pre-orders only to have my order cancled 5 days before release, and now im out a product that people will be reselling for three times the price. Was out of town when the wrong card was charged and wasn’t able to change the payment in time (24 hours).

It’s very much a HIGH RISK to order or buy steelbook movies/games from Best Buy. Best Buy doesn’t care enough to package your purchases in ways that it would arrive to you undamaged. They don’t even give the options of picking up Steelbook in store. How they handled preorders is very unprofessional too

I tryed pre-ordering when movie came out in theaters... been sold out since then. Went to store the day of, waited in line. Not one was sent to any store. Rhey didn't even have a place to put one on the shelf. Best buy can rot in hell

I have literally had this in my cart so many times and when I press check out every time and tells me that I can’t purchase it or I can’t be delivered and then it says sold out. And it was when it said preorder too….

I only shop at best buy for your exclusive steelbooks but it seems if you font pre-order as soon as it goes up your outta luck this is msking me think of selling off my entire steelbook collection and stop shopping at your store really making me mad if its exclusive to you make dure you have tons of copies or dont get the exclusive at all

How is this sold out in stores before the release date?

No preorders available, which switches to SOLD OUT at midnight on launch day with no product available? You sure are one of the great communicators, Best Buy. Thanks.

I've preordered several mcu steelbooks in the past decade and had no issues. This is has been unavailable to order for the last few months. Disappointed in how low the stock was months aftet being sold out

This company doesn't want to make money. The exclusive steelbook producer of the top grossing movie in history and you dont make many copies. You dont sell them in stores. Poorly managed!

Lol it showed as Sold Out RIGHT at midnight. Went to the store RIGHT at opening and nope.. NOTHING. There were about 15 people there with me and everyone was super bummed.

Typically best buy is supposed to have it in stock on release day. I used to work there and ive never seen this before.

I was lucky and pre ordered when it sold out months ago when it got listed but now they randomly cancel it? How is stock so low for this?
