Been trying to pre-order this for months and it kept saying “Coming Soon” and now it says Sold Out? Oh well I got the exclusive Target special edition which was even cheaper than this

Why there was no stock reserved for launch day is beyond me. Best Buy can’t even manage to do a physical movie launch right.

Stop letting people preorder more than 1. Also why not make more? This isn’t a limited release.

This no steelbooks in store on release date is getting old. How hard is it to make enough steelbooks for the biggest movie of 2021?

I always do store pick up because the shipping is the worst and now sold out before release day thats not fair we need a restock in stores

bb has the worst system and management. my complaints are the same as eveyone else. didnt want shipping cuz it arrives damage and then not even an option to buy on release day. i have every steelbook mcu until now. what a joke

Im an avid Steelbook collecter but the fact fhis was essentially an online only hurts the customer that prefers to preorder for online pickup. Big movie and an epic failure on Best Buy’s part to distribute.

Why dies best buy sell out of priduvts vefire rhey are released? I woukd sah bait and switch, but im not buying anythjng else from there. Reallg wanted thus movie, only woukd buy at best buy since its an exclusive steelbook. I hane the other two on best buy steelbook. Unfortunately somehow its been sold out befire it was ever released on line and at every single store. I guess steelbook collectors are not of value to best buy. Search steelbooks and see how many are advertised that are sold out. What’s the point of advertising what you dont sell?

I was lied to about this product from people who have no idea how to do their own job. Best buy workers have become disgraceful! If I could I would give no stars. Very disappointing!

Well this was disappointing, and now if anyone actually wants one, they have to pay a reseller over twice as much. What happened to keeping a specifc stock amount for non-preordered customers?

As expected, retail chains, especially Best Buy are increasingly horrible at making sure there is enough supply in-store and online. Do better.

case came busted. It was packaged well so it must have been broken before. Sad to see that is still got shipped out.

The Spiderman No Way Home Steel Book was not available for pre-order. Then on the morning of release at 4 am, it's sold out. I you don't have the product, then don't advertise it.

Wish that it was as holographic as the picture online depicts. Great movie, but the steelbook is not as good as it could be. Just colors, hardly holographic.

Its horrible i tried to preorder it it wasnt letting me and now on release its soldout. Best you suck right now with the coming soon .
