Even the people that managed to preorder still recieved damaged steelbook. Bestbuy need to rework this so called system.

I stepped into a local store to speak with someone why it showed sold out if it wasn’t even available to purchase and they said that it was a glitch. They instructed me to wait for the date to purchase the item. I waited. It wasn’t available.
