DON'T APPLY ADHESIVE STRIP

The top part comes with an adhesive strip (which I applied) and it secures the top part from coming off. The problem is trying to take off the case when you want to pair your AirPods Pro with a new device since you have to have access to the back button on the charging case. I have tried to contact the manufacturer and they don't reply because they don't have a solution. I am going through BEST BUY so that they can at least reply to them.

When that happens the second AirPod loses charge along with the one that I am wearing.
