Been thinking about this for a while

I think it helps minimize cook time, enhance favor retention and intake of food for folks with teeth and gum issues.

Peeling Potatoes

Can peel a potato just as fast so, it helps when you want to double the speed in getting potatoes peeled.

True Kitchen Aid quality
