Interesting, if limited
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.While this device gives some interesting options for how to cook and present some food, e.g., beets, the limited diameter of vegies being used (more than an inch or so and less than three or so inches) was a disappointing surprise. Also a disappointing surprise was the amount of waste -- both core and at end. There may be a trick I can use to mitigate that waste, but as of now, I have not found it.

Harder to use then it looks
