Great film for anime lovers of all ages! This is a Ghibli Studios classic.

This film really brings the wonder and imagination of a child while also showing a difficult situation for the main protagonist. For $13, it is definitely worth every buck. Please keep in mind that I only have a DVD player at the moment, but it's still worth the extra dollars just to own both formats of this masterpiece.

Over 20 years old, and this movie hold up so well. It's great for all ages, and tells a great story in such a fantasy world. Worth a check if you haven't seen it, regardless if you like animated movies or not.

Imaginative, trippy, and beautiful. Like most of the Studio Ghibli animated films, this one is another work of art, the one that first opened me up to the rest of them, actually. Can't wait to watch it again! The characters are always loveable and the stories always fascinating. To me, this one sets the bar for the genre.

This is how I was introduced to the amazing work of Studio Ghibli. I had assumptions about anime and this proved there are beautiful, creative and brilliantly told stories anime films for people with an IQ more than that of a tree stump! I've now got a growing collection of the works of Hayao Miyazaki and look forward to more!

Want to drag a friend to the world anime? This is one to start them off in (Howl's Moving Castle is another good one). Exquisite artwork for its time and a beautiful story to move them. I watched this movie along time ago and it's still a movie that I can go back and watch.

I took this movie as how life will throw challenges and how you can over come them with sacrifices without losing who you are. Even though is an animated movie some kids might get a little terrified with some imagery. The movie still holds up even being now almost 19 years old.

This movie studio knows how to create good animated movies. It's for everyone that loves a good message in movies. It will still make you think right at the end of the movie. It can be relaxing at times because of the music or scenery of this movie. So in conclusion make sure you have this in your collection. You won't regret it.

A classic. A must have if you have a Blu-ray player. Superb quality digital transfer. About the content, well, I love it, read reviews (I don't for good stuff, I just see the ratings) if you must!

Great movie. The characters east to root for, the score is amazing and the animation is gorgeous. A young girl is separated from her parents in a strange world, and is forced to save them, and herself while making a friend or two along the way

There is something magical about Hayao Miyazaki's movies. There is a feeling of remembered childhood, but not childishness; there are ideas and values that transcend cultures, and above all, there are great stories. This one is one of my favorites, asking with Howl's Moving Castle and Princess Mononoke.

I bought this for my girls (most of my reviews are things for them!), and they fell in love! They really like My Neighbor Totoro, but as a parent you can only watch it so many times. This movie is more complex, better animated, and an absolute joy to watch. Plus, it's a cautionary tale about respecting your parents!

I had this one on DVD for several years. I have been replacing some of my older DVDs due to new sound and TV technology. This was one of the DVDs that I was happy to pay for twice. The animation and music in this movie are both gorgeous. Helps the blood pressure to go back down at the end of a long day. Highly recommended.

This movie is one of the best Anime movies I've seen. My husband introduced this movie to me when we were dating and I fell in love with it. Studio Ghibli and Miyazaki are a magical combination in the anime world. The story is haunting and beautiful with its creativity and the story is so different, unique.

This is one of my favorite films by Miyazaki. The story is richly detailed, the characters have nice development, and of course...the animation is outstanding. I already had this on DVD, but was excited to upgrade to bluray when given the chance. Spirited Away looks even better now than it has in the past. Relax and enjoy!

Absolutely beautiful packaging. This steelbook collection is truly the Blu-Ray treatment these incomparable masterpieces deserve, and $20 is definitely a fair price for just how much you get in addition to the films themselves.

Spirited Away is a real treat, and is sure to please fans of Studio Ghibli's other works and animation fans of any age. The movie looks fantastic in this 1080P Blu-Ray release, and both the Blu-Ray and DVD discs feature the original Japanese audio, the English dub, and the French dub.

One of my favorites of his series of movies, the girl is never the victum but the hero in his stories its a must have for any anime collection one of all time favs. so glad i finally own it. id recomend it to anyone has action great story line and great ending.
