Spirited Away is one of the best films released in the last twenty years. It is a work of sublime artistry, from the animation, to the story telling, to art direction. Miyazaki and Studhio Ghibli at it's best. Well deserving of the Academy Award.

If you don't like this movie. You either don't like Ghibli's style or you just don't like anime. This movie is a classic movie and I think anyone and everyone should give it a shot.

Hayao Miyazaki is nothing short of a genius and this movie is one of his best. The whimsical tale of a young girl trapped in an otherworldly bathhouse will enchant kids and adults alike. Simply one of the best animated movies of all time.

I wish they had a digital version but since they had it in Blu Ray for a good price I couldn’t pass it up. This is one of those movies that you’ll still watch many years from now and will touch you the way it did the first time you watched it.

Bought this after wanting to watch it forever but apparently impossible to stream anywhere. Totally worth it, but could see if you have little kids, they might get scared by the story. Awesome movie.

I'm not much into anime and have been watching a few movies. I picked up 3 and have enjoyed them so I think they are good for someone who isn't extremely into anime but would like to start watching some of the more prominent films and shows.

Really enjoyed this film. It is definitely nice to own it on blue-ray. However, be advised - I don't believe it should be shown to children under the age of 10. There are aspects of the film that would frighten younger children.

You will enjoy the character as she goes through her adventure and the characters she meets are amazing. The story flows and you'll want to watch it again and again. Great Anime. A timeless one, for sure.

This movie is beautiful. Interesting Story and well done. It draws you in and keeps you watching to see what happens next! . We enjoyed this movie so much that our two Beagles are named after two characters , Sen And Haku. Great movie to watch with your kids.

My kids are 5 & 3 and can be difficultly for them to watch a movie straight through, fortunately this is one of them. Kids were fully vested into the main character and sat still wondering if her parents would be normal again. An excellent movie for a family

My daughter has been interested in anime lately and this movie was perfect for her. Good story and not over saturated with adult situations like a lot of other anime.

I bought this for my wife's birthday. I didn't have any great expectations as she's the anime fan in the family. I started of nearly paying attention and finished completely absorbed in the story! I even out my phone down...And that almost never happens!

No matter if your adult or child you will love this film; in my opinion this is hands-down the best animated film ever produced; i've been waiting for years for this to be released on Blu-ray and it's finally here; go via some Blu-ray you will not be disappointed

If you only ever own one Ghibli movie it must be this. Watch with just subtitles rather than the Hollywoodise English dubbing. This movie is a tour de force of Japanese anime. Absolutely flawless it is up there with the great Disney and Pixar releases.

I love all of Hayao Miyazaki's work. He is my all time favorite Japanese film director, producer, screenwriter, animator, author, and manga artist! Spirited Away is one of my many favorites from his creations. I highly recommend everyone to see it!

This is such a great great movie, in my opinion one of the best movies to come out of Studio Ghibli. It has such a great storyline its action packed but at the same time it's a love story. The animation is terrific and the characters are absolutely wonderful.

Director Miyazaki is undoubtedly one of the best film creators ever, and this is arguably his best work. Chihiro is one of the best characters to ever land on film and this movie should be an inspiration and joy for all to watch. Very highly recommended.

I'd never seen this movie prior to purchasing it. I decided to get it because of all the hype behind Miyazakis movies and this seems to be his most well known work. It was amazing and 2 hours long to boot which is pretty long for a animated film

What can I say that hasn't been said about Spirited Away? It's a near perfect movie in my eyes. The imagery, music, acting, characters were always on point and the movie was poignant beyond any childrens movie (per usual with Ghibli). Please watch this movie.
