We very much enjoyed this movie. It heralds a return of a great movie by M. Night (it's about time too) and it ends up opening up the upcoming sequel at the end. That was also a nice surprise. I have no idea how James MacAvoy was snubbed for any award for his performance in this film...it's a crime, in my opinion.

I saw this in the theater and was impressed. It is fairly complicated and I am so glad that I bought the Blu-Ray and watched it again. I thought that James McAvoy did an excellent job portraying many of his personalities. AND yes there are a couple of Shyamalan twists that are his trademark.. LOVED THIS MOVIE.

good if you like Shyamalan's movies, important to see before you see Glass 4K is O.K. but not required

*Watch "Unbreakable" before watching this* This is one of the best pure thrillers I've seen! The acting is top notch, the writing is spot on and the director made you feel as if you were actually in the movie going through the psychological twists and turns of the characters! I cannot recommend this movie enough!

Awesome M. Night Shyamalan movie. Another incredible film to re-establish him self among the elite. James McAvoy is truly mesmerizing portraying the diverse personalities. Its a thrill ride that grabs you and twist and turns you until the very end. The young actresses fulfill their roles and characters well also.

M. Night Shyamalan hasn't had the strongest film record in quite some time but he knocked it outta the park on this one! Split is nonstop from beginning to end on the edge of your seat thriller! Very glad to have it in the collection! James McAvoy and Anya-Taylor Joy are incredible in their roles! A must watch!

As far as M. Nights reputation for movies go he has had some stinkers in there with the exception of his first. But this one was way better than what I was expecting going into it. Turned out to be a good story, some typical M. Night twists(won't of course give any spoilers) and turns and has some real potential for a possible sequel..! Looking forward to see where he goes from here with it.

The director of 2 of my favorite movies, The Sixth Sense and Signs delivered a scary movie that was wonderful. James McAvoy did a wonderful job playing the antagonist. The video and audio quality are wonderful and the special features are interesting to watch especially the making of the movie.

I'm usually kinda "split" (hahahaha) on M.Night Shyamalan movies. I do like the divisiveness that his movies have amongst people and how he seems to stick to his craft. James McAvoy made this movie for me though, his performance was superb. I would definitely recommend people seeing it for that purpose alone, I really think he should have received more accolades for his performance.

I approached this film with real skepticism and was pleasantly surprised on how well it was. There is a constant air of menace and dread that permeates the film that doesn't let go of you even until the bitter end. Also James McAvoy fascinates as Kevin, a man suffering from a multiple personality disorder.

When I saw the previews I thought it would be a great movie. After watching it I wasn't disappoint. It was a thrill ride of suspense just watching to see if the girls would make it out alive. If the guy would come to his senses... You have to watch for yourself and you want be disappointed

I thought this film was well done and interesting. The characters and acting is great and McAvoy is awesome as always. I think the ending could have been better, but the very end grabbed me and drew me back in. I would watch this again and I'm sure notice things I missed the first time.

I was pleasantly surprised when Bruce Willis pop's up at the end of the movie. Then I read that this was actually the middle of a trilogy, with "Unbreakable" as the first "Spilt" as the middle and "Glass" as the final. I thought it was pretty good but nowhere near as good as "Unbreakable" I do really enjoyed James McAvoy performance though. I can't wait to see "Glass".

This is an average shaymalan movie. There are things you think are great and things you hate.

I remember seeing the trailer for the first time and thinking this would be a good movie. This is one instance where the movie turned out to be better than I anticipated. It's definitely worth purchasing for your collection- I'm actually regretting that I didn't splurge for the blu ray.

Another fantastic M. Night Shyamalan movie guaranteed to keep you awake during viewing. The Blu-ray DVD has alternate ending, deleted scenes more scary than original, and a story which will make you aware of your surroundings!

This movie works on so many levels and does a great job at getting into the multiple personality disorder. The story is great and the acting is amazing. James Mcavoy delivers Ana amazing performance. M Night Shyamalan delivers a movie he was passionate about once again.

I had heard great things about this movie but still was leery since it was an M. Night Shymalan film.(I haven't been impressed with his movies since "Signs") James McAvoy was phenomenal! He had to play multiple roles and nailed all of them! Great plot, great twist! Highly recommend

This movie has alot going for it. Great cast and acting especially in the lead. A big jump from Xavier. It has a suprize ending that will leave people hoping to see more of this character being pitted against a familiar face I do not wish to give away but it would complete a trilogy.

M. Night has had some ups and downs in his career -- especially more negative reviews than positive lately -- however, SPLIT is what is going to change that topic. He has a handful of solid movies from the beginning of his career and if you're a fan of those, you'll be a fan of this!
