my gps was very outdated and i knew i needed to get a new one. i've always used garmin, never used tom tom. i went for what was most comfortable for me, so went back to garmin. i saw this advertise and i really thought be cool to have homer simpson give me directions. turns out this option was only available for the tom tom gps. i tried returning this item before scratching the serial code after going to website to see homer's voice wasnt available for garmin. best buy doesnt accept returns on "prepaid items"so got stuck with yoda and darth vader which isnt too bad, but sucks that i fell for the advertisement. sad to say,

    Deceptive Advertising

When you look at the package, you think your getting all the apps on the front cover, but you end up getting only one or two apps, for the $19.99. They feature the Phantom Alert app on the front, but the $19.99 you pay doesn't cover the price of the app. The advertising makes you feel like your getting a bundle deal, but in reality the opposite is true.
