Prefer Spotify over Apple music. Easy and quick to redeem.

And also cheaper. Saved $20 for a year getting this.

Of all the streaming music services, Spotify works the best with iOS, Google/Nest audio and Amazon/Echo devices.

This is just one of the streaming services that we listen to in the car and around the house.

I always buy spotify digital cards. I normally get them within a few hours. The day passed by and still hadn't received it. The poor rating is for best buys customer service. I got transferred 7 different time, they all said they were sending me to the digital customer service. I never got to anyone that could help me. After a hour on the phone I received no help or new information. Basically i was told to wait it out. I don't understand how best buys customer service changed so much. I dont think the customer service had been trained, they couldn't give me any information. It was so frustrating and unsatisfactory to say the least. I'm still waiting to get my gift card. I would recommend the gift card. Best buy really needs to do something about their phone customer service.

If you have an account already with Spotify and it's not a plain old Premium account, you can't use this. It costs $99, but doesn't apply a dollar amount to your account, it's for a straight year's premium service only. My existing account was "Premium with Hulu," and this card didn't work. Spotify support told me I had to switch (and lose access to Hulu, of course) in order to use this card. Apparently this can't be applied to family plans either. Be careful when buying this, that you can actually use it.

Best premium music service for the price. Great selection and sound.

Easier to pay the monthly subscription. Constant disconnection with the pre-paid and the app. Will constantly log out and have issues with restoring the pre-paid subscriptions

I only use Spotify for podcasts. Had I realized that Spotify premium only means ad free sometimes, I would’ve never bought it. I wasted my money. I think it is misleading to market Spotify premium as ad-free when it truly isn’t in many cases at all.

Used to buy a year subscription of pre,Kim and then upgraded to Spotify premium family. Simply applies $99 to pre-paid amount on the account and not the face value of $120 which is what the annual Spotify premium cost would be.

Its good to see so many positive reviews. I purchased the gift card online at the end of January and never recieved a code to activate it. Called customer service 3 different times and was told they could clearly see that it had never been activated. Said they would send me an email with a code i could use and never done so. I finally gave up and let the crooks keep the $99 they charged my card. I dont have time to sit on the phone for 45 minutes and be transferred 10 times every time i call. Never again

Bought from Best Buy because they promised I could redeem online. But Best Buy never emailed details of the gift card. There was no way to actually use it. Chat refused to look in to it. Phone support left me on hold until I gave up. Considering a digital gift card from Best Buy? Buyer Beware!

I ordered a Spotify gift card/subscription for my grandson thru Best Buy 5 days ago and have been unable to access using the code/s. I've learned that I'm unable to get a refund. I've spent 5 days and over 2 hours trying to resolve this. I've learned others have the same issues w/ orders thru Best Buy and other online services. I recommend that Best Buy stop doing business w/ Spotify. Very unsatisfied!!! If there was a negative rating system, I'd use it.

Purchased this but never sent us the online code. This was a nightmare to get our money back. Would not recommend purchasing this through a third party.

Wasn't able to use my coupon that best buy offered me to buy this unfortunately which kinda sucks. Also, last time I bought it, it was fulfilled immediately and now its taking longer than usual.
