Best Buy keeps getting worse

I waited over 12 hrs with no delivery. I then contacted Best Buy customer support and the rep told me in broken English that it could take an additional 24 hours to process. I subsequently canceled the order, placed a new order for the same digital e gift card through Amazon, which was sent in less than five minutes.

Don’t Be in a hurry
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I thought the purpose of an e-card is immediate delivery. Especially when it is for a gift. Apparently this is not the case. I have been waiting seven hours and had two online chats with no resolution. The first chat said “within the hour”. That did not happen. The second chat said “two hours”. Still waiting. Next time I will drive and buy a physical card myself, deliver it and save six plus hours.

Long turn around time.

My complaint is the turn around time... why the heck does it take hours to get a digital code? This should be instantaneous, there's literally no reason for it not to be. Did the gerbils running the servers get tired?
