The official Spotify app and website do not offer an annual plan directly. This is the most economical way to pay for your membership if you'll use it throughout the year. I received my redemption code via email within 15 minutes.

I've been using Spotify since 2014, perhaps earlier and have always paid monthly for premium. That's roughly $1,078.92 on Spotify but hey - you just can't *not* have Spotify at this point. Take advantage of the fact you're saving $19.98 right away and that's not including sales tax on every monthly bill! Buy this and save $63 in the 12 months you'd paid monthly

After being on iTunes (Now Apple Music) for years, made the switch to Spotify and have not looked back. This gift card, which covers the annual membership to the Premium service is a great way to save a few bucks. Spotify does not appear to offer this sort of savings on their app or site so it is great to have the option to purchase this from BestBuy.

I purchased an annual Spotify gift card via BestBuy. Such a simple way to get a Spotify card as opposed to going to a store.

This actually works. You just follow the steps and you have premium for a year. It does take a few minutes to get the digital gift card its not immediate.

I ordered a digital Spotify gift card yesterday at around 5:30 p.m. It’s been nearly 24 hours and I still have not received my card in my email. I don’t know how long I should wait, but regardless, the process should not take this long. I also want to know how long it took for the card to be emailed for those of you who didn’t receive it in a couple minutes. But as of now, no card, and I have already been charged.

I think Spotify, and others for this matter, is a little expensive.

Do NOT buy if you want your digital egift card any time during this century. I waited over 12 hrs with no delivery. I then contacted Best Buy customer support and the rep told me in broken English that it could take an additional 24 hours to process. I subsequently canceled the order, placed a new order for the same digital e gift card through Amazon, which was sent in less than five minutes.

Won't let me redeem my code on spotify. Customer service says they can't do anything to help so I guess I'm out $99 + tax.

I thought the purpose of an e-card is immediate delivery. Especially when it is for a gift. Apparently this is not the case. I have been waiting seven hours and had two online chats with no resolution. The first chat said “within the hour”. That did not happen. The second chat said “two hours”. Still waiting. Next time I will drive and buy a physical card myself, deliver it and save six plus hours.

Would not reccomend. This process is unreliable. very disapointed in this service.

The people complaining this isn't for a family account obviously can't read. My complaint is the turn around time... why the heck does it take hours to get a digital code? This should be instantaneous, there's literally no reason for it not to be. Did the gerbils running the servers get tired?

Can only be used for Premium. Can’t be used for any other plan
