Its great cooling in one big livingroom, and dont spend much energy

It has saved us during this hot spell. Haven't tried heat yet. So far our only complaint is the beep sound every time you push a button ( change settings ) drives our dog nut's.

I ordered this a/c unit to cool a top floor loft (finished attic) in our townhouse. It gets REALLY hot up there as the unit was constructed in the early 80s so the insulation is probably underpowered plus there is no heat vent to the roof. The windows are 2 tilting skylights so the sun hits them hard and adds to the heating effect. I fit the exhaust flange under the lowest part of the skylight where it tips up and it fit perfectly. I also bought 2 special nylon tilt window seals specifically to work with a portable a/c in order to seal the openings created by the tilting skylight (they cost about $30). I also added some Storm door screening to cover the open end of the exhaust port so no squirrels or birds go inside. The unit cools the room down from high 80°s F to 73° in 15-20 minutes. It works amazingly well! Have not used the dehumidifier or heater or fan functions yet but I really bought it for the a/c. 3 fan speeds plus full auto mode, louvre swing feature, sleep timer, and a full function remote that lets you do every single control panel feature from across the room! Runs effortlessly for hours if needed and maintains a great room temp. One caveat: plug it into a really strong surge protector, it draws rough power to pop some of them. I thought there was a problem with the unit but I switched to a more powerful surge protector and no issues in the month since. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS A/C UNIT!!!

It’s quiet and effective. It is actually cooling about 729 sq. Ft. It heats also but I haven’t needed that yet. It is very mobile so I’ve used it in a few different places quite easily.

We bought this for the garage and it works perfect. It is quiet enough and easy to operate. It has easy installation. It didn’t quite fit our window but nothing we couldn’t fix.

Went to the store, the associate at the store was very helpful and ordered it for me. It arrived in 3-4 days. Set up is easy, but I needed to put some screening over the exhaust vent. The room I needed this for has older windows without built in screens. I just wanted to say this to prepare anyone who doesn't have windows with screens. Other than that I highly recommend this unit.

This is our second unit - We purchased one last year and it worked so great cooling half of our home that we decided to by another one this year to cool the other half. Our house is 1,500 sq ft.

This portable ac is so easy to install and makes your room cools instantly. You don't have to drain the water out if you're using ac.

This works great as an A/C unit in half our house. Our built in unit is dying and this does a great job until we can save up for a new one. I recommend it.

Cools great!! Easy to install! Would be easier to move if the plastic tubing was longer. The vent duct works fine.

So far this Ac is working great. I have it in a 2 car garage turned office and it does the job. I like it really cold so Id consider bigger if large space but for the most part it keeps it cool. Have not used heat yet.

Overall this unit did very well. We had the rooftop a/c fail on our travel trailer and I purchased this unit in a pinch. We used it for a 3 day weekend in a 30 foot travel trailer at South Padre Island, Texas.

It cools my bedroom very well. It is upstairs and has always stayed warmer than downstairs Now this unit not only keeps my room very cold , but all of the upstairs very comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone!

Cools off my upstairs very well, brings temps from upper 70s to mid to upper 60s in the hottest of days in summer.

Living in a small 600 square foot shop until our house is finished. ran across this air conditioner and glad i did. Very quite and does a great job of cooling the area. Even with temperatures in the 90's.

I use this portable to cool my bedroom and bedroom bathroom at night. it does a very adequate job of it. Probably about 600 square feet total. Works well to dehumidify the area also.

Great product and it cools wonderfully. Heat works so so. No complaints thus far. Looks good and seems well built. Love love love love love love love love it. Good buy.

Works well kool down two car garage with in mins .

The air conditioner works great. It doesn't take long to feel a difference in the house. Haven't used the heater yet but if works as air it will be fine.
