I was semi-skeptical about this movie in the beginning, but was pleasantly surprised. The cast is amazing and the writing, although at some times just plain weird, is very up to par. In most "funny" movies, there are a handful of random laughable moments - in this one, it's basically all the way through. I'd definitely recommend!

Liked the story line and the humor is ongoing. It's a 007 spoof with the gadgets the screw ups the bad guys and the pretty girl. The ending catches you off guard. Melissa in one of her better roles. Law convincing and statham a bad good guy. Rose Byrne is a good looking bad person and the roll one of her best.

I don't know exactly why, but I thought this movie was HILARIOUS. I loved seeing super spy characters like Jason Statham with roles so over the top that I couldn't stop laughing. I only wish the downloadable version weren't only the unrated cut, since it just had a little more content than I cared to see.

My uncle was skeptical about my claims that this was a hilarious movie. And he said he was only going to give it fifteen minutes before he would head to bed. Suffice it to say, he wound up staying up the entire time and laughing all through out. This movie is hilarious and I can't wait until the sequel.

My whole family loves this film. However, there is gratuitous foul language, which did not advance the plot or enhance the otherwise great writing. Nor did it do anything for Melissa McCarthy's already incredible physical comedy. Other than that, we love it and are hoping for a sequel one day.

Melissa Mccarthy is great and the film allows her to be extremely competent at her job contrary to what you'd normally expect from her slapstick. The standouts though are Rose Byrne and Jason Statham as a delightfully terrible person and an incompetent mad man of an agent.

I was a huge fan of Melissa McCarthy after seeing her in Bridesmaids. Unfortunately her next few films weren't very good (Identity Thief, Tammy, The Heat). Spy is a return to her being funny. It's a good movie and the blu ray is good quality with digital copy included which I always like for mobile devices.

While I have enjoyed the work of Melissa McCarthy in other projects such as Bridesmaids, I was not totally on board with the premise of this movie which turned out to be totally entertaining and funny. It's a great take on the traditional spy movie but turned on its head. Great concept and very enjoyable.

When the CIA is compromised they must get creative for agents. After a mole releases the identity of all their agents they turn to a support specialist to complete the mission. As funny as you'd think, she ends up in quite a jam while trying to accomplish the mission. Good for laughs.

Mellisa McCarthy yet again does a great job in delivering a funny role. Here she is taken out of the office at the CIA and put in the field where we assume she is going to bungle everything up, but turns out she was paying attention to all the training at the academy, and now is putting it to good use.

Definitely not for the kids...but so hilarious for the adults! Melissa McCarthy at her best! And who knew Jason Statham could. ..no. ..I can't let too much out, but you just have to see it to appreciate this movie. I can usually see what's coming, but there are a few surprises! Worth the watch!

Was glad to see that there was more to the film than the previews showed. Too often the previews show all the funny parts and the rest of the time is filler. This movie had a lot going for it and had you laughing until the end.

Hilarious movie, providing us with another much needed female action comedy. Paul Feig truly knows what he's doing, throwing a variety of actors together and pushing out laugh after laugh. The Blu-ray is filled with fun and interesting special features, which only extend the life of the movie further.

This film was a hoot to watch. McCarthy bends all the other actors to her will, making you laugh, cry and gasp in surprise as she takes a turn as a spy forced from her desk computer to an assignment out in the field. An all star cast also adds to the enjoyment. Plot twists are fun also.

Although I won’t say I am a Melissa McCarthy fan as I have found her comedy films a bit hit and miss, this movie I think is one of her better efforts. Surprisingly fun and entertaining. Definitely earned it's rating for adult content and violence, but a really fun move from beginning to end.

The movie is of course off the wall type cheesy/spoof type movie, so go into it expecting that. (Almost reminds of the Anne Hathaway/Steve Carell "Get Smart" type movie). It was very funny though. Typical Melissa McCarthy, love her humor and physical comedy. It's a good time for some laughs.

Melissa McCarthy is always a pleasure to watch. Her comedic timing is spot on. The language in the movie was at times over the top and not necessary. Young children probably should not watch this. Way to much dropping of the "F" bomb like it was 'if', 'and', 'or', and 'but'.

Although I wouldn't consider this one of her best movies, Melissa McCarthy is still funny & it's great seeing her in a more action packed role. I would like to have seen Jason Statham have more fighting scenes since that's his "thing" but it's nice to see his comedic side too.

This is very good movie and can be watched multiple times. Everyone is funny in the movie. Story is good and acting is flawless. The blu ray disc is excellent and comes with a digital UV copy. Very nice. The sound and picture are both very good. Highly recommended.

This movie is so good. All of the acting is outstanding and Melissa McCarthy and Rose Byrne are so good together. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great comedy. Can get a little graphic though so definitely don't watch with your kids around.
