Downside, after retaining clip is installed you need a small tool (not supplied) to remove it in order to extract the square. Extraction is necessary to access the Power/Reset button. Also, the extraction process is purely a fingers, friction evolution and may not be easy for every hand.

I didn't realize it has to be physically plugged in to use it, though. We do vendor events and most of the time we do not have access to electricity so I use it at home to charge the reader and leave the dock at home.
