    The product and square speak for itself. It is frustrating that you can't buy any replacement parts such as power cables for it. I had to buy a $100 new stand because you aren't able to purchase a little cable- and it's little and gets beat up.

    Only complaint was that I was told it's a fixed 1.75% for every card by bestbuy sales person but after getting first bill it was 2.75 %

    I should have read the information before I purchased. I didn't know there were wires to be attached…I thought it was wireless set up. So for me, using just the square chip reader was all that I needed. I thought it would be nice to have a large surface for my guest to sign their name on vs my phone but the wire connections, and electrical were cumbersome. It worked great but not for my needs.
