    When I received my supposedly new product I performed the setup per the instructions but soon found my unit had another owner's coffee store loaded on it. I called support who had me had me restart the unit and reset it to the defaults and update the software. After that everything worked fine. However I am disappointed that the unit I bought as new had been previously loaded without my knowledge. That is why I only gave it three stars.

    This device is great to have reader and entry terminal in one. It is smaller in person than what it looks on the website, but that isn't really an issue. We are excited to use this device in the coming year!
