Great alternative to using the attachments from Square for your phone or tablet. I like that my clients don’t have to touch my phone for me to take payments now. It’s also a nice feature to be able to print receipts instead of just emailing or texting.

So easy to use - quick set up right out of the box. I hated using my phone before- always dealing with a flimsy attachments and having to let people touch my phone or needing to move an application over to a new device when upgrading my phone. The Square Terminal is a solid, nicely built, all in one terminal that gives my credit card transactions a more professional feel. The software has more client features than my previous merchant service such as feedback, tip settings, and dip, tap or slide interface at half the cost.

The Square program and options are very helpful for small businesses. Terminal is very easy to set up and use! And small enough to keep in your apron pouch!

After using this on our first day of business, I don't know how my wife's store has managed without one. The ease of use, how quickly we get our funds, all the options of how to process payments, this unit is a godsend.

80% of our growing client base requires a machine that takes debit and credit for their payments. I cannot think of anything else that is cheaper on the market but Square. So we bought it and I love the ease of receiving payments by debit or credit. The only thing is I cannot figure out until now how to set up a service charge in % that should be automatic for every purchase.

I purchased this device to replace my Clover device. I had it setup and online within 10 minutes. As soon as installation was complete I was able to process cards.
