I like the product. It is easy to use. It has many useful features.

I have a small medical clinic and I love this device. I have Square on my cellphone which worked fine but once I hired an employee, I needed the terminal for the office. I didn’t have to add anything because the information that was on my cellphone transferee over to the device after I login with my username and password.

Picked up one of these for our business and loved it so much, we bought a second unit. Square is super competitive with their rates and we dumped the expensive and cumbersome credit card machines from the stone ages. No more monthly fees, equipment rental fees, etc. Simple pricing and great software.

We have a Square iPad pos and add this terminal for when we get busy to keep the line moving and customers happy. It connects wirelessly to our Star termal printer so we don’t even use the built in printer. It also connect wirelessly to our cash drawer. Battery life last for hours.

Bought 4 of these for the Square Register. They are sleek and look fun. I think they are a bit expensive especially since Square makes money on every transaction. Entry Errors happen all the time with human entry. Biggest concern is that you have to print out a ticket immediately and changes are difficult if someone wants to cancel or change.. you have to go into the data base to make a change which is not timely or efficient. Glad to have em but could be improved. Big learning curve.

I have struggled with my Square Reader needing bluetooth access. It kept shutting down or trying to connect with other devises. I finally spent the money on Square Terminal. As a small but busy business owner it is worth every penny. I would highly recommend Square Terminal for any business.
